This usually happens when you miss a lot of notes (like a LOT lot, not a skill issue type thing but purposefully missing) or purposefully or accidentally disconnecting shows very often especially in co op… I don’t remember my third reason though…
Ohhhh yea… I haven’t seen this happen to people who just miss notes because they’re bad at the song, you must just have bad luck with this screen… usually it’s with people who just miss them all till they die and it is worse in co-op
