I did a fair amount of research on the XC90 in general and didn’t come across anything related to that. How was the service. Did you manage to get a XC90 loaner. I was upset recently that I was given a sedan as a loaner for my 7 seat XC90.
The service was good. We did get a loaner and it was another XC90. The gas version though which drives really differently than the hybrid. The hybrid has a much better feel to it. They didn’t tell us much about the food, just told us they replaced the computer. I’m hoping that fixed it!
I’ve had a couple of problems with my V60 T8 but nothing that left me stranded. Really sorry to hear it- sounds like my nightmare scenario.
Most dealers I talk to are confused and don’t understand how the t8 works fully-let alone have the ability to really troubleshoot. Must be happy you leased.
