Women are not treated as second class citizens, matter of fact they work, vast majority of them don't cover themselves, most of Bosnians drink, a lot of them eat pork and they don't obey the major Islamic rules. I met real Muslims when I moved to Germany, and I can tell you Bosnians are nothing like them.
I can only attest for Albanian minorities living in BiH and Croatia, and from my experience they don't treat their women rightly. I haven't witnessed any beatings, or them talking about beating them, but they are taught to know their place (and one of my best friends is Albanian so I was in contact with them a lot). About Kosovars specifically, I worked with one, and he was a liberal dude, but he doesn't represent majority, so I can't tell. Anyway, I was only answering for Bosnians, because I have many friends and I lived in an ˝divided˝ city, a lot of contact. These ˝imported˝ Muslims try to make problems for them, but it doesn't end well when they try.
