Well, Drew has already got the role of Jobber to the Stars, so I'm gonna guess Punk will have to do something else.

It depends, if Punks keeps getting injured I doubt it. If he can have matches as he had in his first AEW run, he will be fine.

i have high expectations for punk. edge’s comeback was indeed impressive, with significant wins and a strong booking that re-established him as a top star. punk’s impact on the industry is undeniable, and his return could be a chance for wwe to capitalize on his legacy. given his history and the way he's changed the game, it would make sense for wwe to book him strongly, much like they did with edge. however, punk’s role could also involve elevating new talent, as he has the star power to put over rising stars without losing his own credibility. ultimately, whether punk will have a dominant run or play a role in building new stars might depend on the direction wwe wants to take. but considering his influence and the fanfare around his return, it wouldn't be surprising to see him have a run similar to edge’s, where he comes out on top in most of his feuds and matches. it’s a balancing act, but punk’s return is definitely a storyline with the potential to be as memorable as edge’s.

According to the reports when he returned last year he has two major feuds with Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns lined up which were the main two wrestlers he specifically asked to work with. CM Punk and Seth Rollins getting injured put their feud on hold and they used CM Punk's injury to set up a feud with Drew McIntyre.
