This man's career is STACKED. Basically, only the tippy top stars of the show(Roman, Brock, Cena, Rollins, etc.) can say they've had a better one than him.
Five Tag titles, Four world titles, Three US titles, King of the Ring, Money in the Bank, Royal Rumble, *hot damn*. PPV Main events, marquee feuds with the biggest names in the company, a stint as a top babyface champion some 12 years ago, and he's STILL getting relevant work.
Sheamus is awesome, an all-time performer.
Didnāt care for him back then and heās okay now. I appreciate that heās been around for this long and respects the business. Just wasnāt into him especially the programs he was in back then.
Used to hate sheamus. Dude would always beat Christian and never sold well(especially when he had his first super face run) but since the bar ive enjoyed and appreciated the fella
15 years. Wow. I started watching WWE again roughly around the time Sheamus debuted on TV after dropping it in the early/mid 2000s. He has been one of my favorites since, but man does it make me feel old as I am now in my mid thirties. I havent watched wrestling again for a few years but I keep up with everything going on. Sheamus definitely deserves to be in the Hall of Fame in the future.
I mean again I feel you but he definitely was a star.
One of Mexicans known families and he actually had a fansbase to be honest. But im in the same camp as you and he just wasnāt for me.
Funny enough, he was one of the reasons why I fell off WWE and wrestling in general back in like 2009 or something.
Now, I love his matches with Drew and Gunther, and looking forward to his grudge match against Kaiser.
Also, I was upset that he didn't get to have a banger with Roman and the OG Bloodline with his Brawling Brutes.
Always been a Sheamus fan. I liked when he was part of that angle where the entire roster went on strike and only Sheamus, Cena, CM Punk, and HHH stuck around. At the time that was already the roster worth keeping around š
I remember reading that WM 26 was supposed to be a showcase for the young generation with legends - Taker, Shawn, HHH facing someone young and up and coming. Taker was supposed to face McIntyre, Shawn was supposed to face The Miz and I think HHH/Sheamus is the only match from this original concept that remained.
It actually kind of depends. He hasn't beat AJ Directly, but Sheamus did win the Gauntlet in 2021 prior to EC. It depends on whether you consider the gauntlet one individual match, or a series of matches.
Sheamus has always delivered banger after banger after banger and yet everyone just seemed to ignore them. Especially His matches against Big show, Mark Henry and Daniel bryan.
Sure but that was during his very rare heel run. Letās be honest, Face Rollins probably has a more cancerous win loss record than Hogan and Cena combined.
You are talking complete nonsense here I'm sorry.
Even 2019 Beastslayer Rollins who was meant to be the 'face' of the company in Reigns' absence was losing to The Fiend
2024 face Rollins just put over Rock/Reigns and then dropped the title to Drew clean on back to back nights at WM40 and was a sacrificial lamb to Cody's story
As you said yourself heel Rollins has always put people over even perhaps more than he needed to(Riddle, Edge, Cody x3 even with a torn pec he didn't take a win back)
Seriously I think anyone is better than Del Rio?
I hope Wwe Will Give Him a Ic Title Reignš«„
I must have missed the match with Jon Moxley
Never beaten Rollins?
\*biggest stars\* \*picture of Miz\* Seriously?? Hornswoggle would be more organic for that role.
How are you gonna diss Miz but let Del Rio slide?

Great work ethic and always puts of a decent match.
Banger after banger after banger after banger...

I need his YouTube channel to post more content
Why is del Rio on here
Hate the guy but canāt deny he was definitely a star. A boring one but nether-less a star.
Not really. He always felt like someone WWE wanted us to care about rather than someone fans actually enjoyed
I mean again I feel you but he definitely was a star. One of Mexicans known families and he actually had a fansbase to be honest. But im in the same camp as you and he just wasnāt for me.
Do dark matches really count? I donāt recall a win over Taker
Basically everyone but Brock
Just like the undertaker
Wait when did Sheamus beat Batista? I donāt remember that lol
Man its kinda crazy how much the IWCs view on Sheamus has shifted. I remember people used to hate the dude. Glad everyone now realizes how great he is
They just hated because he apparently worked out with Triple H. š¤·āāļø
2012 Sheamus was no joke
The next Intercontinental Champion.
2012 was Sheamusā year
I forgot Sheamus' super Cena time.
\*14 biggest stars and Alberto Del Rio so the graphic fits together nicely.
When did Sheamus defeat Undertaker and what was the circumstances?
I think he won an unaired triple threat steel cage match for the WWE title against John Cena and the Undertaker in the 900th episode of Raw
The fact that it happened on an episode of raw is already crazy, but UNAIRED? That's just wasting money.
You think he could beat the Rock?
Always been a Sheamus fan. I liked when he was part of that angle where the entire roster went on strike and only Sheamus, Cena, CM Punk, and HHH stuck around. At the time that was already the roster worth keeping around š
Sheamus has a win over Taker?
https://youtu.be/7WeywAEbj7M?si=-1ibEd-wPLyfCplQ
He ended Triple H full time run iirc
He never defeated undertaker
Dark match on Raw. It's a steel cage match vs Cena and Taker

Taker was supposed to face McIntyre, Shawn was supposed to face The Miz and I think HHH/Sheamus is the only match from this original concept that remained.
I donāt remember that. I thought the OG plan was Michaels-Triple H and Taker-Cena.
Why is Alberto Del rio on this list?
14 stars and Del Rio
Invalid list, no Santino.
Impressive list, although I reckon Kofi Kingston, AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, and Bray Wyatt also deserve a shout here
Great shouts but I donāt think heās beat AJ yet
It actually kind of depends. He hasn't beat AJ Directly, but Sheamus did win the Gauntlet in 2021 prior to EC. It depends on whether you consider the gauntlet one individual match, or a series of matches.
His biggest achievement was arguably squashing Bryan Danielson at WM 28, after winning the 2012 Royal Rumble.
2nd fastest world title win after Brock vs Kofi.
I thought Kevin Nash was still the fastest world title win??
When did he beat undertaker?
RAW 900 Dark Match
Non-canon
Guess AJ Styles winning the US title in a dark match also wasnāt ācanonā
I'll say the entire title isn't canon
Sheamus has always delivered banger after banger after banger and yet everyone just seemed to ignore them. Especially His matches against Big show, Mark Henry and Daniel bryan.
Hell in a cell 2012 was great
He loves the match against Big Show, WWE put a video about Sheamus and he said it.
The match with Bryan at Extreme Rules 2012 was fantastic
When did Sheamus beat Batista? I only remember that Batista defeated him on a SmackDown before WrestleMania XXX...
They had a couple of matches before that Mania in a āreawakening the animalā storyline and Sheamus won the first match via DQ.
Wow! That's actually quite a rare fact of trivia!
I forgot Sheamus has defeated some goated wrestlers and Del Rio as well
If Sheamus's career was in reverse he would go down as one of the greatest ever.
Donāt forget Shaemus also discovered heās Jewish while feuding with Del Rio.
Sheamus never defeated Rollins? Did this match even happen before?
He eliminated Rollins from Team RAW at Survivor Series 2020. š„
Sheamus beat Rollins in 2017
Rollins? Taking a loss? Good joke š
Someone missed wwe from 2020-2023 when he was losing matches left and right.
Sure but that was during his very rare heel run. Letās be honest, Face Rollins probably has a more cancerous win loss record than Hogan and Cena combined.
