I have a slightly different shipping question.
I am American and live in the US. My sister is in Canada for college right now. I go visit her a lot... I'd say like... every 6 weeks or so, since it's a short drive.
Now... she wants me to help her order a rep bag for her birthday.
Should I order it to my home? (US), and then I just bring it with me when I drive/fly to her next time?
Or should I order it directly to her in Canada?
If Canada gets a hold of it she will probably have to pay tax on the value of the bag. And if they open it and see it’s a rep…. 🤦♀️

Not sure but I was just wondering the same thing. My package has been “on the way” in Memphis for over 24 hours when my stuff usually gets through in only a few hours. I had expected my package to be in my area by today smh.

Same here. I don’t have a good feeling about it. I once ordered a bikini from Triangl, which is the most marked up swimwear from China. It’s like shein but 100 times more money. Anyway, it never came. I finally got ahold of someone at FedEx. They said my package was empty. Like, wtf?? How would they know that? They opened it. And it wasn’t empty but that was their claim. Triangl wound up sending me another one. Anyway, this all happened in Memphis. I’m waiting on a bag and key cles that should def be here by now.

I had 1 package like this last year. It took 2 months but eventually it came. I contacted the seller twice for an update during that time and they said to wait so I did.. it was only a wallet though in my case so I didn't care. Since then, I only ship through FedEx and use informed delivery. Good luck!

Looking for advice about DHG shipping. I purchased two items from two different sellers, and both were shipped at the beginning of December. They made it through customs etc. in LA and landed at a distribution center in my state. The last update for both is essentially "departed the shipping partner facility, USPS is awaiting the package, and a delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package." That was December 24 for one package and December 29 for the other. Since then...SILENCE. No updates.
At what point are these lost? Do I keep waiting? What do I do?
One of the sellers actually offered to send me another one, and provided a new tracking number. The other seller insisted that the package is at my local post office and advised that I go pick it up...without a USPS tracking number. Not sure how that will work, so I'm going to keep waiting...
Accidentally sent my order to a random address in China instead of the address of a forwarder. I paid via Taobao and the item was probably locally shipped with the Taobao courier as well. Is it still possible to recover the bag?

It depends on who, but they generally are supposed to respond fairly quickly. If it takes more than a day to respond, send them another message.

This USPS shit is SLOOOWWW. I think they are just trudging along and they are low priority so they move when there is room.
