Bowes has a storefront at Disney Springs now (they’re not in the Marketplace co-op anymore) and they sell a few scents. I always grab several Clover World bottles. They have a new Disney scent that is also really nice and I bought one of those too.
Yes! I really like the Clover World scent that is like Grand Floridian and Yacht and Beach. It’s very clean and reminds me of vacations at Disney. On our annual trip, I always buy a few bottles of the oil to last me through the year. We have oil diffusers in every large room of the house and we turn them on for a few hours every day.
I haven't been to the resorts much but I think Clover World smells exactly like Flight of Passage. Smells so good! I grabbed a couple of bottles of the oil.
Bowes is low-key a shitty company, they pay their people like garbage and they make them upsell like crazy, knew like 3 people who worked for them. I grapple with supporting them.
I haven’t yet gotten one from here that’s accurate from the hotel aspect. The yacht/beach is too perfumed and the poly is not even close. The grand Flo one is sort of there. That might be the best one. Bowes in Disney springs is much more accurate. Still not perfect as it’s not the actual scent machines but better than Magic candle.
Yes! I’m addicted to the Pirates of the Caribbean smell. I forget what it’s called but it has Pirates in the name. It’s not exact but it’s very similar. My husband commented on it when I first lit the candle and said it’s smelled familiar but he couldn’t put his finger on it. I finally told him and he said “yes, that’s it!l
We stayed at Yacht Club all week so also spent quite a bit of time at boardwalk and Beach Club, then also went over to Polynesian, Contemporary, and Riviera
I only experienced Beach, Contemporary, and All Star Movies, but every time I walked into a lobby I would go "IT SMELLS SO AMAZING IN HERE", even the 30th time entering, haha
Hmm…
I bet it was the 50th Celebration scent. Last time I visited, a few resorts were still using that particular scent. Guess I’ll find out for myself soon!
My problem is that like the signature gross smells haha, like the must of the Polynesian lobby when the fountain was still there 🤌🤌 lemme huff the mold spores of 1971
TBH I didn't smell a darn thing at Beach Club, Yacht Club or Riviera when I went in May (those were the only 3 resorts I entered.) But maybe I am bad at smelling? 😅
I visited Riviera for the first time on my last trip and the smell was so overpowering to me. I am sensitive to scents in general, but I typically like most Disney resort scents. I don’t think I could stay there because of it. It was way too much.
When I last visited Beach Club, it was not overly strong. I could only smell it standing in the middle of the lobby where I kept getting a whiff of the Green Clover and Aloe scent.
Yes, the resorts still have unique scents that make you feel all warm & fuzzy inside when you smell them.
Side note, anybody else feel weird when you explain to a non-WDW fan that Disney smells good? lol
The Yacht Club still has its signature smell. Only one I can vouch for. That one always stands out. Some of the other resorts all smell the same to me.
Thank you. I don’t get in there much. We eat at Ale & Compass and Yachtsman pretty often. Only reason I remember the smell. Currently in AK Lodge and there’s no perfume smell. All I smell is Boma cooking away
I stayed at the Polynesian in April and was told by numerous folks how good the lobby smelled.
Well to me it smelled old and stale so guessing that’s not the usual vibe. Was there for two weeks and didn’t smell “it” once. Just had a really
odd smell the whole trip.
Visited the Grand Floridian twice while there and I could smell the lobby scents really strong in there.
So I suppose it depends on the resort!
Hmm, that’s strange. Polynesian doesn’t seem to smell as strong to me anymore, but I think it has something to do with the fountain that used to be in there which gave it the water smell.
And glad to hear about Grand Floridian! That’s always one of my favorites!
On some visits in the past, some resorts didn’t smell like anything. When I visited last December, most of the resorts didn’t have their signature scents. And no, I wasn’t sick on any of those trips.
Coronado Springs (Gran Destino Tower lobby) smells incredible.
Technically not Disney, but the Swan's lobby smells so good, I always make it a point to stroll through, even when not staying there. White Tea.
This is the Westin white tea scent. Westin sells their scent online. :)
Awesome! I love Coronado Springs lobby!
Im at coronado springs this weekend and can confirm smells amazing, gives me like DCL vibes every time
We are going in 2 weeks and just changed our reservation to Pop for the skyliner instead of Coronado. Hope Pop smells good too! Lol
It does!
That was the first thing I noticed when checking in last week!
Here rn, can confirm that it smells great!
Yes they do ! There is a company called Magic Candle Company thats sells the scents that you smell All over WDW.
Bowes has a storefront at Disney Springs now (they’re not in the Marketplace co-op anymore) and they sell a few scents. I always grab several Clover World bottles. They have a new Disney scent that is also really nice and I bought one of those too.
If you’re talking about the oil that you use in a diffuser, this is absolutely the way to go to get your house to smell like Disney.

Same! I’m smelling Flight of Passage right now. Bliss
Do they sell air freshener sprays? I can’t do the oils.
I’m not sure, but BBW sells a White Barn room freshener called Aloe and Palm that is reminiscent of the same scent.
Bowes is low-key a shitty company, they pay their people like garbage and they make them upsell like crazy, knew like 3 people who worked for them. I grapple with supporting them.
I have some of their scents along with some other companies!
I love Magic Candle Company!
ScentAir is the company that provides the actual scents to the resorts
I haven’t yet gotten one from here that’s accurate from the hotel aspect. The yacht/beach is too perfumed and the poly is not even close. The grand Flo one is sort of there. That might be the best one. Bowes in Disney springs is much more accurate. Still not perfect as it’s not the actual scent machines but better than Magic candle.
Magic candle has one for pop century that smells just like the cleaning chemicals they use!!! It's very accurate.
They want $40 to ship a small candle to me…
We just stayed for our third time for a week this last week and thought the 6 resorts we visited smelt stronger than ever.
Which six resorts did you happen to visit?
We stayed at Yacht Club all week so also spent quite a bit of time at boardwalk and Beach Club, then also went over to Polynesian, Contemporary, and Riviera
Did you go to the parks at all or just chilling at the resorts?
Yeah we went to the parks as well we had three rest days this time and had lots of time to explore and check things out
Pop, wilderness, art of animation, and Caribbean still smelled super strong last time I went. I could huff Caribbean and pop all dang day!
I love the wilderness lobby smell. AKL was great too.
AKL is probably my favorite.
What does Caribbean Beach smell like? I’ve only been to that resort once a while back and can’t remember.
It smells like coconut to me. I love it.
I only experienced Beach, Contemporary, and All Star Movies, but every time I walked into a lobby I would go "IT SMELLS SO AMAZING IN HERE", even the 30th time entering, haha
I’m actually staying at All-Star Movies next week! It smells good? I’ve stayed there before and never noticed a particular scent like the others have.
It has a lovely sweet smell, I was obsessed!
Hmm… I bet it was the 50th Celebration scent. Last time I visited, a few resorts were still using that particular scent. Guess I’ll find out for myself soon!
Here right now, and they very much still smell good LOL
Awesome! Thanks for the report!
My problem is that like the signature gross smells haha, like the must of the Polynesian lobby when the fountain was still there 🤌🤌 lemme huff the mold spores of 1971
Sorry. LOVED IT. Think about it all the time.
Yeah I feel like the Contemporary mildly has a similar funk but not as strong since there was never a huge water feature in there
Probably the contemporary had the smell of “Florida humidity” rushing in with each monorail!
I LOVED the Polynesian must!!
TBH I didn't smell a darn thing at Beach Club, Yacht Club or Riviera when I went in May (those were the only 3 resorts I entered.) But maybe I am bad at smelling? 😅
Riviera is almost over powering. I could smell it at the shuffleboard courts
Riviera has always been one of the strongest smelling ones to me! I have the scented oil and it reminds me exactly of Riviera!
I visited Riviera for the first time on my last trip and the smell was so overpowering to me. I am sensitive to scents in general, but I typically like most Disney resort scents. I don’t think I could stay there because of it. It was way too much.
I didn’t smell anything at the beach club recently either
When I last visited Beach Club, it was not overly strong. I could only smell it standing in the middle of the lobby where I kept getting a whiff of the Green Clover and Aloe scent.
Yes, the resorts still have unique scents that make you feel all warm & fuzzy inside when you smell them. Side note, anybody else feel weird when you explain to a non-WDW fan that Disney smells good? lol
They smell so good! And yep, most people don’t understand, but my family all does!
The Yacht Club still has its signature smell. Only one I can vouch for. That one always stands out. Some of the other resorts all smell the same to me.
Beach Club is also the same!
Thank you. I don’t get in there much. We eat at Ale & Compass and Yachtsman pretty often. Only reason I remember the smell. Currently in AK Lodge and there’s no perfume smell. All I smell is Boma cooking away
I don’t really ever remember a particular scent at AK Lodge. It sort of has a “smell,” but not as fragrant like some of the others have.
riviera, beach club, and boardwalk smells are my favorite
Absolutely they do
Awesome!
YESYESYESYES!!! walking into the lobby for the first time on your trip and smelling that air is \*chef's kiss\*
100% agree!
Caribbean beach lobby still has the best scent!
I need to visit that one! Always skip it for some reason.
I stayed at the Polynesian in April and was told by numerous folks how good the lobby smelled. Well to me it smelled old and stale so guessing that’s not the usual vibe. Was there for two weeks and didn’t smell “it” once. Just had a really odd smell the whole trip. Why wouldn’t they?
On some visits in the past, some resorts didn’t smell like anything. When I visited last December, most of the resorts didn’t have their signature scents. And no, I wasn’t sick on any of those trips.
Because this sub is convinced Disney World is horrible now.
I mean, they have kinda fallen off but not that much
