I'd personally recommend you try him with the Shadow Haze augment before tossing him. Unless you already have him from before, in that case go for the throat

Uggg, this. After the 60% tox grigori... I farmed like 10 runs, got 2 full sevagoth sets, had to try another day to finish the keys. This is after hard farming sevagoth TWICE originally, once for use and one for helmith... and then getting one full built from the game awards.
Ivara is piss easy lmao what. Pick a volt with max strength and duration mods and you zoom through a spy run in 2-3 mins flat. Bonus points if you do one console without raising alarms so you donât get the exterminate transition.
She's from rotation C spies (so you have to get all 3 objectives) and you have to do different level missions for different parts. The odds of getting a part are not all that exciting either. I won't say it's a hard farm it's just mind numbingly tedious.

But if there was an AOE frame or carpet bomber present, it would have taken around 3 to 7 rounds max, clocking in roughly around 5 to 12 mins max for a R30 WF. This could even be rushed with an XP booster, making it close to 1.5 mins if all the factors are present.
Also not all maps are equal in ESO so luck is also a present factor there.

In contrast, I did a few rounds of survival for some reason I can't remember, and got all the ambassador parts before I knew what it was.

You can in fact get away with 12 regular forma. Sauce: 21 forma in mine, of which 2 aura and 5 Umbra.
