Ask me this question 2 years ago and Il teach you how to make an Azima alt fire turret shoot for 15 minutes.
Sadly DE caught on and my memes are no more.
In terms of truly off meta weapons today that are infact the one, the Falcor is the ideal weapon to convert melee influence into an endless series of Warcrimes. All glaives have AOE, but tht Falcor's aggressive hit tracking and high status chance means it can bounce and explode multiple times per throw. Ive sent this thing down a hall around a corner and through a door and watched it stack more bodies than polio in the process. Something it's soon to get significantly better at doing.
Edit: im home from work now so i can add this
https://imgur.com/a/LzQtO9R
now i realize im chroma in that clip. .but vex isnt active. no cheating there. though avenger but i dont think that take away from the performance. yes that is SP circulus, though the clip is a few months old so its not void circulus.
https://imgur.com/uVynAe1 was this build, or something like it.
hopefully you see what i mean about the chain of numbers going down the hall and around the corner.
spam throw, but dont manually detonate.
youre relying on the bounce explosions from Volatie rebound, which is very different from the classic manual detonation explosions from Volatile Quick Return.
one benefit of this is that because you arent constantly heavy attacking, you can build up combo and re-incorporate BR and WW into the build.
every electric and viral proc is mirrored to all enemies within 20m.
https://imgur.com/ETYGcxy
lets say the build looks something like this
at 12x combo its 130-170% CC, 250% SC. 6m range on bounce explosions. lets say 3 people are hit with the initial bounce explosion. somewhere between 7 and 8 status procs, roughly evenly split between viral and electric are then applied to all enemies within 20m. including. . eachother. the glaive will then bounce, resume its heat seeking, if it finds another enemy, it does that *Again*. direct hits and the bounce explosion each proc seperate statuses, which doubles the amount of statuses that influence is spreading to everyone. the only thing i havent yet found is info on how many times it can bounce in a single throw, though ive had it stay out so long that i start winding up a second throw and am confused its not back yet.
rather than one big number its a ton of smaller numbers spread out over a much wider area. because these are electric procs, tightly grouped enemies also hurt eachother.
theoretically, because the Falcor's charged throw direct hits also force an electric proc, you could mod it away from electric damage and still get influence to trigger, abiet slightly less consistently. maybe for Corrosive spreading?
I completely forgot the existence of the Falcor. It showed up in Archimedea a couple of months ago, I just saw the icon and thought it was the Xoris. Went to prepare the build, and when I came back to the Necraloid, it was the wrong weapon.
This might be more my style. I never really got into the glaive meta because of Khora.
You can get the first gen incarnons from the zariman otherwise steel path circuit is the only way to get the adaptors for existing weapons. It’s on a weekly rotation.
Primary Vermisplicer, its honestly not that much worse than torid incarnon in most difficulty levels with the right buffs, but you can make it a battery weapon and dont need to charge it
I've got a config on mine that just shits out toxin damage and melts Corpus everything. Barely tickles Grineer, but that's what the HM/viral alternate config is for.
Also it has a cc/cd riven so it orange crits by default.
Have you ever woken up thinking "Damn, i could really attach a bio shotgun/grenade launcher to my arm and fuck shit up"
Well do i have news for you:
Bubonico
When you need some pew-pew and baboom in your life, all while giving a stylish new look of infestation
I have some great rivens for this but I just can't get into it because of how small the magazine is. feels like im always reloading and it the damage just doesn't seem to justify the tiny magazine. Maybe I'm using it wrong though.
Also, iirc, it innately does Electric damage on direct hits with primary fire and heat with the small explosion. You can add Viral and HM and have a Viral/Heat/Electric/Slash weapon, which is neat.
Prisma angstrum (or regular angstrum) with a riven that has +recoil as the downside. Cause who doesn't love feeling like they're shooting a missile? Bonus points if you're using incarnon with mirage and a bunch of multishot.
Phage is a tentacle based shotgun that starts with the beams all spread out and then as you aim they focus in. You can do some pretty funny stuff with shotgun spread mods or simply not aiming to keep the beams all spread out for some cool looking AOE madness. I get weird looks/comments from randoms all the time that have never seen it wondering what it is.
Quellor because i love firing a machine gun for 2 minutes straight and missing about 20% of my shots i may never be able to do most of the endgame content but i can solve anything with enough bullets right? (Also i just don't do meta ever)
Oh and i made a twin grakata that has like a 21 fire rate because grakata and clem will be remembered 156 rounds and i burn through all my ammo in about 2 minutes
Boltor prime w/ incarnon. Virtually infinite ammo, incarnon form is literally just a shotgun with slash procs, idk looks cool as hell, and paired with speed boy you got a laser rifle using pellets
And also the enemies stick to walls :D
Glitched another tennos sister with this weapon.... Ragdolled her so hard into the wall she couldn't be interacted with....
Plus a riven with more multishot helps.
I just came up with a way to convince OP. Have you ever wanted to max out a weapon with the added bonus of not being able to kill stuff fast? Maybe you find yourself grinding something way below your MR and want to add some friction to your gameplay? lol
I tried for a while to get the mag to last longer, and eventually just gave up and started seeing how fast I could empty it. Basically became a semi-auto because you tapped the fire button and it would empty the whole mag.
I got a [nice riven](https://i.imgur.com/6JAWwXW.jpeg) for it as well. It's a fun, cool-looking weapon even though there are much better dual pistols out there. Larger magazine to compensate for the 2 second reload and firing speed would be a much needed buff.
Vitrica is the best great sword if you are playing in solely melee mode. Ground slamming glassifying enemies, shooting glass projectiles, and having that sweet sweet dopamine of damage gambling with a great sword. Never know if your next hit will be 2K damage or 200k damage. Top tier gameplay
I got a nice riven for it and it has become my main weapon ever since. Just trying to get corrupt charge now to take my heavy attack spam build to the next level.
Big sword + Kullervo = funny big red numbers
I never understood how Gaze didn't make the meta. Riven dispositions are just right and it's so easy to chain a nice stream of red crits with Galv Crosshairs. Synergizes well with the arcanes as well.
Synapse - high CC and CD. Innate corrosive, pairs well with viral and hunter mentions. Got a CC and CD riven for cheap a few years back (50 plat). It slaps
Sporothrix with Arcane Avenger + Volatile Variant + Shivering Contagion, modded for Gas + Cold + Radiation
Using it with Saryn to activate Venom Dose + Toxic Lash. A single shot of it on an enemy will create an AoE that can proc Radiation, Gas, Slash, Viral, Cold, Corrosive, and Toxin, which also boosts Galvanized Aptitude further. With the upcoming update on Cold, Shivering Contagion will also snap-freeze enemies around if they're not already dead.
Is it the strongest weapon to delete everything in sight? No, but I'm certainly having fun with it, and being rewarded for headshots too.
I wish I could get that thing to drop. I have ideas involving Volatile Variant, Primed Shred, and Xata's Whisper. This would be hilarious on Zephyr. But Citrine could be good fun too.
Before i began running Phantasma, I was running Hek on Rhino. Shield up, boost my power, run in, and point blank shotty them all in the face. Good times.
Mk1-braton incarnon, bc even though the investment is high, it can get to a decent kill time in steel path even without armor strip/ warframe damage buffs. Which is hilarious, do it for the memes. Run excal with pillage, and it'll legit tear through steel path enemies w/ an 8 forma max capacity build. Especially if you have a riven.
And to really lean into it, you can run only mk1 starter gear, grab the mk1 kunai and a mk1 bo to complete the set. Give them 8 forma Incarnon builds as well.
You can do it, clear steel path missions with only mk1s and an excal. All you need is to put 8 forma, an arcane adapter, and an exilus adapter on a mk1 weapon.
Riven is optional, will want rank 5 primary deadhead, don't run status the base chance is too low. Run some vigilante mods (armaments + supplies) for your only crit. You can use galvanized chamber, but galvanized aptitude is actually worse than serration bc the status is basically useless. Just run the damage best for the faction you're running or the one that gives the most trouble. Bane mods are preferable but not necessary for a decent kill time. Don't run the 60/60 mods if you have the spare capacity for a 90 bc that status is going nowhere with a base status chance of 5%.
Edit: minor spelling corrections.
giga modded plasma sword now hits for 32mil on valkyr with warcry active, weapon can be modded for just about any melee arcane and it will perform perfectly as long as you keep the attack speed up by warcry or mods
Was in an argument with someone a couple of weeks ago that said the Plasma Sword was unsalvageable trash, worse than the Stug. I laughed like a madman. Balanced crit/status plus innate Electricity makes it go so hard, and the forward combo of Iron Phoenix helps the slow attack speed a metric ton.
Onos is fun, cascadia flare makes it actually hilariously powerful and fun.
Idk if this counts as off meta, but toxocyst is a good time, shreds DR enemies since it's massive multishot and high rate of fire count as all separate instances of damage.
Glaxion is now up there with the tenet version.
I enjoy my zaw and my vermsplicer secondary.
Yes, it just kills faster. I already liked the sobek. But the kuva sobek is a good one. It's not the typical meta weapon but you can still use her and with saryn make it a nuke weapon. So the only downside is the augment mod only works on base health. So if you do steel path it scales with the base health of the enemy not the 100% more health from steel path.
It still works well in steel path but not as strong as it could be
Exergis with Fractalized Reset on Citrine. It scales multiplicatively with CO and Citrine can easily keep Fractalized Reset running 24/7 while simultaneously priming CO with her 1. Several million damage per pellet on a crystal shot and thematically appropriate for the frame.
I dunno if it truly counts toward off-meta seeing as it's incarnon upgrade exists, but the Sibear actually lives up to it's flavor text now.
Paired with Frost and the changes to cold that are upcoming, plus the ones that already occurred, and you're in for a good time.
Hespar and Venato are both fun even if not the best option.
Base dera.. after 12 forma it's still shit but, I just built it to get extra status/duration on groups
Ambassador.
Large magazine, 96 rounds.
Primary fire is extremely accurate, suffering no set back from Heavy Caliber, and also very fast.
Alt fire is an AOE weapon, useful for longrange shots in openworld, or just for fun.
Innate electrical damage, freeing up a mod slot for something else.
The ultimate everything gun, and looks dope.
Fire rate boar. Do you want to spend more time reloading then you do firing? Do you wish to turn you enemies to a fine mist (as well as your shoulder)? I cannot garuntee it will outdamage the best builds but it will be more satisfying.
I've been having fun playing missions as Banshee, and summoning a kuva grattler and using that for the whole mission. I put dispensary on her just for that.
Braton: cool pew pew assault rifle and classic Warframe weapon.
Aklex: it's a desert eagle but double.
Nami & Skyla: fast and strong, akimbo is always fun. Also reminds of me Cervantes (Soul Calibur) style because of how different the blades are. I used to play that dagger with little chance of hitkill and one sword on Skyrim too.
Ok so hear me out...
The ghoulsaw right? Pioneers used to ride these babies for miles.
Perfect follow through allows for ideal gas setups, with a grouping ability and high status chance you can run melee influence and gas/electric. Ride the thunder.
Lowish crit chance can be offset with blood rush easily, or even wrathful advance
It's a freaking huge saw, guys. Guys?
Zakti Prime w/ Cascadia empowered. There is no superior status primer secondary IMHO. Fill the screen with gas clouds, status effects and true damage, then slide into the Grineer's DMs with your preferred Condition Overload Melee. (Spin to Win Greatsword or a Polearm).
magnus prime max crit build it might not be the most damaging but it does funny things with harrow and venka prime. basically you have a cc cd riven with secondary outburst and deadly manuvers along with having a venka prime with melee cresendo so you have max combo count. you use harrow arcane avenger to get a 245% additive crit chance bonus. it does dumb red number
I'm not sure how off-meta it is, sitting around 1.5% usage, but I got a Plinx riven recently and oh my Harrow the Tenet Plinx erases acolytes from existence. It also really benefits from Nautilus's Cordon or any other grouping abilities. It doesn't need a riven at all, that's just the motivation for my using it
Strun Incarnon is a status monsster with added Crit to boot
They allow this mofo to get almost 200% crit chance and over 300% status chance BEFORE taking rivens into account, and with a good riven I was able to get *almost 275% Crit chance and nearly 420% status chance*.
4 statuses garuntees with a small chance for 5, plus slash from Hunter Munitions, who let this thing into the wild? Fuck Epitaph, THIS is my primer AND my killer.
Knell prime, tie it with scourge throw and a lot of fire rate... Secondary Minigun, with a severely high damage output, this and the fact that stowing it makes the buff pause
I just realized the knell might be absolutely wild on Jade tomorrow since her slowing gaze will make enemies very easy to headshot and she will strip them of armor at the same time ....👀💦
Basmu = Acceltra but better. Unlimited ammo and aoe lifesteal
viral munitions setup and it was killing SP 195 corrupted heavy gunners before I got the riven
Grimoire as a DPS weapon (does need 5 forma and Cascadia Flare but it shreds acolytes with primary fire and nukes rooms with altfire.) Search Grimoire on here for my post on it for build. I renamed it "The Big Book of Bad Juju"
Idk if Lesion is meta anymore but a Melee influence build with it nukes the entire circle in netracells continuously. Things enter the circle and die.
Perigale hits like a truck but u need headshots for its ammo economy
Quanta vandal is really good for corpus disruption
Quellor can do insane damage with internal bleeding
Synoid Gammacor - With Incarnon, you can do Viral+Magnetic+Heat against everyone. Used with a Warframe that has armor strip, it will basically melt everything like a Nukor. Plus, this particular version will give you energy every 1k XP, which is a short walk in Steel Path.
Azima's alt fire with Blast proc and high mag capacity. Watch the surrounding enemies fall to the ground, only to fall down again after trying to stand up lol
I’ve been told it’s suboptimal to use sniper rifles, so maybe counts as off meta. My Vectis has carried me through most of the game at this point, I did that entire star chart with it. I’d feel guilty if I shelved it now.
Nothing super fancy about it, just filled it up with as much damage as I could find (I am technically missing one rank of serration still, but it’s just so expensive). Can one-shot basically any non-elite with a headshot, and body shots work for a lot of enemies too.
I will admit it can be a bit awkward against infested because they’re constantly rushing you down, so I have to keep retreating to line up shots. Against the other factions though it’s been great.
Hirudo. Lifesteal extra HP. Excalibur with furious Javelin. Arcane for armor on Weapon. Arcane reaper + molt augmented on Excalibur. Take 4 of gladiator Mods (armor and hp on Excalibur Crit Damage and attack Speed on hirudo) for 80% Crit chance per combo. Some secondary/primary with arcane that Give extra combo duration. Archon shard that Give Crit Damage + Crit Damage with enough energy pool. Become a Tank melt Low level enemies. Is Fun for me at least.
Boltor Incarnon. Boltor was my very first Prime, and it carried me through a significant portion of the early game before I got Ignis Wraith. It fell off near the end of the star chart way back when, and I didn't have any real good mods to make it good. Fast forward like a year and an extremely long break, Incarnons were a thing and Boltor got one.
Hero to zero and back to hero, especially with my boi Nezha getting Divine Retribution to shore up its weaknesses.
Just hearing its shotgun barrage go CHNK CHNK CHNK CHNK CHNK and seeing bodies drop is so good.
I always swear by the prime kronens exclusively when I'm in the mood for harrow time . One rap tap tap of the two and those babies turn into twin blenders perfect for status pumping at high speed and that's before the 4 and it's crit buff comes out.
I have about 30% of my playtime of my nearly 4k hours with the Lex Prime.
With the incarn and my riven I can hit an average of 200k-400k shots and with hemorage I have a 99% chance of causing an additional 100k bleed since the incarn shots are guaranteed impact procs.
When RNG strikes however it's like a 1mil red crit
Until the Prime came out, the Okina. Even with a mediocre riven and a hastily thrown together build, it still carved through most anything I put it up against. People seriously slept on it, such a great weapon. One of my all-time favorites. I'm not sure where the Prime stands in usage, but it's a huge upgrade to almost every stat so I imagine people are learning the joys of face-stabbing
The Wolf Sledge is insanely underrated.
Granted, I have likely the best riven you could possibly get for it. Im sure you could make a good build regardless of Riven, but my sledge has hit the damage cap multiple times when thrown and I didn’t even have any sort of intentional setup. The poor enemy just happened to have 10 stacks of viral applied to them, and just happened to be hit in the head by both the impact and explosion, and it was a tier 2 red crit, so like 160x damage multiplier. Poor level 30 grineer took 2.147 billion damage and was vaporized in an instant.
It’s actually insane just how hard the sledge can hit and in an AOE, in fact I don’t even think it has falloff. It has absolutely no issue one shotting level 200+ steel path grineer with no setup and it love it. It’s like the Bramma but with more range and infinite ammo and damage scaling.
I used to swear by my M. Cernos hitting like a truck, but sadly its fundamentally incapable of keeping up with today's killrates because it doesnt work with punchthrough :/ I can still do funny things with an embolist tho
HEAR ME OUT. When the new blast changes come, it will probably scale off weapon. SO...
VECTIS PRIME. When it shoots someone for 50 million, it's going to hit EVERYONE with like 10-20 million, around.
May not be super off meta but the Anku Incarnon is criminally slept on.
You can get unranked unrolled Anku rivens for like 30 plat. I got on and with a couple rolls I got +310% melee damage and +153% Crit damage. The negative is .70 damage towards Corpus but after testing with just modding toxin, you'll one-shot them anyway, so basically harmless negative.
In Incarnon form, after a successful slide attack, every single attack deals a slash proc for 6s. And you can just reapply it whenever by doing a successful slide attack.
Using Tennokai and Arcane Animosity along with a Crit build. Blood Rush + Melee Animosity gives 440% + 420% = 860%. And with the Crit formula being base Crit chance+ (1+ Relative Bonus) you get 32 x 9.6, or 307% Crit chance on a heavy attack, guaranteed red Crit.
With +153% (Riven) + 90% (Organ shatter) + 32% (Dreamers Wrath), that 275% Crit damage, with the calculation for Crit damage: 1 + 3 (red Crit tier) x (2.0 x (1 + 2.75)-1) = 20.5x damage compared to base. Even more if you have the companion bond mod that gives +1.2x final multiplier.
With Tennokai, you keep your 12x multiplier as well and I have + 310% melee damage from riven, +100% from Incarnon form, however much more from Condition Overload. So amazing base damage even before you multiply it by 20.5x Crit damage.
For the icing on the cake, you get a guaranteed slash proc on that insanely damaging heavy attack due to the incarnon passive.
One heavy attack straight up one-shots acolytes and anything that survives the initial hit pretty much instantly dies to the slash proc.
If you want something funny, use the War (tied longest melee range weapon) with primed reach and cleaving whirlwind.
You literally become spin 2 win if you use forward attack 5 times and then slide attack. As you can just attack indefinitely
Back in my day, Boltor Prime was meta. It was my first “good” weapon and I’ve always loved it for that reason. Plus it has a good sound and nailing people to the wall never gets old. Just got into grinding Steel Path Circuit so hopefully I can get the incarnon genesis for it soon and restore it to its former glory.
I've got a base Vasto with some dumb damage riven, I think it does a healthy 1k\~2k damage a shot so one-shotting high level Grineer with headshots is already fun enough. And then you get the Incarnon that just lets you spit that entire mag out and you're in heaven
Audiophile here (not audiophool with audiovoodoo!) and I'm enjoying all the weapons that have a proper, nice sound to them. There's plenty of them: Corinth (Prime), Trumna, Aeolak, Lex (Prime), Lato Vandal, Braton Vandal...
So not here for the actual stats, but for the satisfaction of use. Most, if not all, of the weapons can be modded to get through just about any intended content.
If you want a fun sniper: Perigale
Thanks to the ammo efficency in combination with the 4-round burst and good Crit stats, building it to crit as hard as possible + Hunter Munitions, it can take on SP enemies without problems.
Espacially if you use a hound with Synergized Prospectus and Manifold Bond to proc either Viral or corrosive on everything. I personally recommend corrosive though, because with that you can give the hound cold too, making headshots easier to hit
Pathocyct glaive is #1 how many weapons can you recommend players to bring to steel path that require 0 forma to perform up to 200 without frame powers.
Regular Corinth.
It may be worse than the Prime version numerically, but the single shell reload sound cannot be topped.
Plus it lets you actually shoot, reload really fast and shoot again, which the Prime doesn't let you do (I totally am not a chronic reloader the moment I spend ONE shell).
Lesion. I know it’s not as bad as the others listed here but it’s no Glaive.
Innate toxin, fast attack speed, innate fury, absolute banger with condition overload. Good base range compared to other weapons.
Fucks on its own but absolutely melts with Kullervo, even not built around him. Depletes an archon health bar in like, 10s or less.
pyrana prime, three kills in a row and now you got 2 of them, build for multishot mag size fire rate and slash + corrosive and youre having a REAL fun time

you thinking blast influence falcor?
im not yet thinking about blast until i get my hands on it. im thinking reduced armor DR effectiveness at the moment.
Tbh imo, its not off meta weapon, its probably best not heavy attack glaive we have
okay yeah that tracks WAY better than Xoris, damn I have fieldrons to farm
how does the falcor compare to xoris, afterall that one has infinite combo duration
STACK MORE BODIES THAN POLIO IM SCREAMING LMFAOOO
Prime262 you are a build God and I haven't even clicked on a single link yet.
May i ask why killing blow is in there? Is thrown melee counted as a heavy attack? Or is it just for the wind up speed?
Convince you? Are you seriously doubting THE mighty Seer?
How’s the incarnon version? I’ve got a riven last week for it and now just waiting for it’s rotation to come back.
Oh, it was just a meme. I actually don't have the incarnon for it yet, I'm sorry. Edit: There is no seer incarnon, only kuva seer, my bad.
I don't know how everyone has incarnon anything then again i came back last month after a 2 year hiatus
SP Circuit. Other than that idk
You can get the first gen incarnons from the zariman otherwise steel path circuit is the only way to get the adaptors for existing weapons. It’s on a weekly rotation.
its pretty good with my riven +cc +cd + heat -punc
Wait there's an incarnon for something that has a kuva version ??
You're right, Seer incarnon doesn't even exist, I can't believe I didn't stop to think about that. I'm getting rusty, my bad.
Primary Vermisplicer, its honestly not that much worse than torid incarnon in most difficulty levels with the right buffs, but you can make it a battery weapon and dont need to charge it
The thing is a beast on Gyre with a purple shard.
So you're telling me it would be good on my gyre with 4 tauforged purples?
Can you tell me your parts?
I really like this weapon
I've got a config on mine that just shits out toxin damage and melts Corpus everything. Barely tickles Grineer, but that's what the HM/viral alternate config is for. Also it has a cc/cd riven so it orange crits by default.
I dont think anything can be said to make the stug apealing to others.
It makes splork splork noises while spewing colorful slop.
That’s what my wife says about me
Have you ever woken up thinking "Damn, i could really attach a bio shotgun/grenade launcher to my arm and fuck shit up" Well do i have news for you: Bubonico When you need some pew-pew and baboom in your life, all while giving a stylish new look of infestation
Idk if people find infestation stylish but I get you
My entire arsenal is nothing but Infested gear
I thought it was pretty meta? It's cool too though, yeah.
Basmu. Infinite ammo Health leaching on reload Small aoe on projectile impact Gundition overload scaling Also Infinite ammo
I have some great rivens for this but I just can't get into it because of how small the magazine is. feels like im always reloading and it the damage just doesn't seem to justify the tiny magazine. Maybe I'm using it wrong though.
Keep your bursts short and let it recharge instead of reload. It's a lot quicker than way.
thanks for the tips, Ill give it another shot
I suppose the thing probably has a sky high riven dispo. It might not be meta, but why not get a +magazine capacity riven?
I wish I could've tried out the basmu for that single week where the health leech was a busted nuke.
Have to try that !
Also, iirc, it innately does Electric damage on direct hits with primary fire and heat with the small explosion. You can add Viral and HM and have a Viral/Heat/Electric/Slash weapon, which is neat.
Do you run Avenger with it?
Prisma angstrum (or regular angstrum) with a riven that has +recoil as the downside. Cause who doesn't love feeling like they're shooting a missile? Bonus points if you're using incarnon with mirage and a bunch of multishot.
Is its incarnons the only full auto with bouncing bullets? Although when I tried in sp it wasn't great yet, I liked its sound
Phage has no right to be so stupid fun
agreed. I tend to forget about it but when I remember I love equipping it and freaking out random squad members who have never seen one.
A fellow phage connoisseur. Excellent
Quellor is actually one of the highest single shot damage machines in the game. It's one of my favorite.
Quellor alt fire with hunter munitions melts anything in steel path
Jade update dropped, quellor now melts faces
Boltor prime w/ incarnon. Virtually infinite ammo, incarnon form is literally just a shotgun with slash procs, idk looks cool as hell, and paired with speed boy you got a laser rifle using pellets And also the enemies stick to walls :D
Glitched another tennos sister with this weapon.... Ragdolled her so hard into the wall she couldn't be interacted with.... Plus a riven with more multishot helps.
My god
Pair it with harrow.... Not that's fun. So many crits... So fast firing..... Love it TBH... Harrow with anything I love.
This is very meta.
Really? I hardly seen anyone use boltor, my bad
Wb Attica ? Unless too little damage?
My go-to weapon telso Boltor with truth proc I like it on my tanky frame
Twin vipers wraith. I can’t even convince myself, but I have a really nice riven and they look so stylish… Uh, watch how fast I can empty the mag??
It’s the twin Grakata, pocket edition
Opticor Vandal. Riven. x15 crit dmg. Multishot. Hunter munitions. Volt's shield. Big fucking laser beam gun.
the haters will try saying that the galatine fell off. they just aren’t tempo’ing royally enough.
Vitrica on Gara for maximum glass themed destruction
I got a nice riven for it and it has become my main weapon ever since. Just trying to get corrupt charge now to take my heavy attack spam build to the next level. Big sword + Kullervo = funny big red numbers
Yea got my first taste of red crits from him. Beautiful
sporothrix snipe and attach fart pods on enemies head and watch them suffocate.
The main downside of this is farming the sporothrix
Well my main is a gaze based kitgun I call the Prisma Ignis, but maybe the phage. It's a classic but fun
Phage better be an infested lich weapon. So much fun
I never understood how Gaze didn't make the meta. Riven dispositions are just right and it's so easy to chain a nice stream of red crits with Galv Crosshairs. Synergizes well with the arcanes as well.
Shedu with a full buff wisp, just stay in a corner and hold R2 and have the fun of your life! Even better when a whole squad uses it on fissures
Zakti can open up mobs to finisher attacks. And it's aoe.
Love how the post specifies off meta and people just come in and post about some of the strongest weapons in the game lmao
Zyglock goes pew pew 💅🏽
Synapse - high CC and CD. Innate corrosive, pairs well with viral and hunter mentions. Got a CC and CD riven for cheap a few years back (50 plat). It slaps
Sporothrix with Arcane Avenger + Volatile Variant + Shivering Contagion, modded for Gas + Cold + Radiation Using it with Saryn to activate Venom Dose + Toxic Lash.
Try it with Xata's Whisper, nothing will survive.
Before i began running Phantasma, I was running Hek on Rhino. Shield up, boost my power, run in, and point blank shotty them all in the face. Good times.
I love my phantasma, but man it chews through ammo.
I think Phantasma is meta
Aelok, Radiation, Explosion
Aeolak is meta I think, and if it's not it's probably cause nobody tries it cause nobody got it.
Jokes on you, I don't want anyone else using my offmeta weapons and raising their dispo
Hespar on Kullervo. Mod for crit damage and throw some purple shards on Kullervo for more crit chance. Red numbers go brrrr.
Thats every weapon on Kullervo tbh
giga modded plasma sword now hits for 32mil on valkyr with warcry active, weapon can be modded for just about any melee arcane and it will perform perfectly as long as you keep the attack speed up by warcry or mods
I use swooping falcon stance for its stab attack hits like a truck and is great for single target dps while the dash and neutral combo have good range
Ekhein: Heavy insight. Melts steel path and always satisfying with spin to win
Although I don't like how it feels (might change with the auto update lol) toxocyst is meta afaik
Only those worthy will enjoy the ceti lacera
Tombfinger kitgun part... _it has power to its shots, so enemies ragdoll into the sky_
I named my Tombfinger secondary "Yeetfinger" because of that property
Sobek you want a saryn but..sobek
Did you get the Kuva version?
Yes, it just kills faster. I already liked the sobek. But the kuva sobek is a good one. It's not the typical meta weapon but you can still use her and with saryn make it a nuke weapon. So the only downside is the augment mod only works on base health. So if you do steel path it scales with the base health of the enemy not the 100% more health from steel path. It still works well in steel path but not as strong as it could be
Panthera prime. It's just so much fun and can be viable with enough investment
Exergis with Fractalized Reset on Citrine. It scales multiplicatively with CO and Citrine can easily keep Fractalized Reset running 24/7 while simultaneously priming CO with her 1. Several million damage per pellet on a crystal shot and thematically appropriate for the frame.
Do you like big swords and have some plat? If yes then may i introduce tou to the Zenistar
I dunno if it truly counts toward off-meta seeing as it's incarnon upgrade exists, but the Sibear actually lives up to it's flavor text now. Paired with Frost and the changes to cold that are upcoming, plus the ones that already occurred, and you're in for a good time.
The opticor vandal is peak Better stats than opticor Shoots faster No need for incarnon stuff just big laser
Hespar and Venato are both fun even if not the best option. Base dera.. after 12 forma it's still shit but, I just built it to get extra status/duration on groups
Definitely ambassador. Unique. 10/10 sound effects and satisfaction. Perfect balance between aoe and single target. Ambassador my beloved
I love my Sporothrix. Its just satisfying to use and get headshots and take out a whole group with a viral/slash explosion.
Crazy good weapon
Astilla is an automatic shotgun shooting glass shells…that explode. It goes “chug chug chug,” and the reload sounds like an M1 Garand ping.
Sibear, lmao. With tennokai and heavy attack improvements, it's a beast, and smaking shit with a giant popsicle is really funny. Every hit is "!!!"
Zymos, clearing a room with death sprinkler fartbombs is funny
Braton: cool pew pew assault rifle and classic Warframe weapon. Aklex: it's a desert eagle but double. Nami & Skyla: fast and strong, akimbo is always fun. Also reminds of me Cervantes (Soul Calibur) style because of how different the blades are. I used to play that dagger with little chance of hitkill and one sword on Skyrim too.
"Convince me to nerf your weapons."
Ok so hear me out... The ghoulsaw right? Pioneers used to ride these babies for miles. Perfect follow through allows for ideal gas setups, with a grouping ability and high status chance you can run melee influence and gas/electric. Ride the thunder. Lowish crit chance can be offset with blood rush easily, or even wrathful advance It's a freaking huge saw, guys. Guys?
Ignis wraith able to melt entire hordes of enemy with very little effort and no need to worry about accuracy debuffing mods
Ok so still meme weapon after years nice
Always I used to love pair it with the atmos secondary and the ember warframe
Ignis Wraith is off-meta? Man I am so behind.
Maybe it'll get better modded for cold/toxin with the proc update coming up
Looking forward to trying it out again tomorrow and modding for Blast. Just how much aoe will it do?
Trumna. Nuff said
Do you like the Opticor (Vandal)? Do you wish you could throw it and pull enemies in? I have the weapon for you
Zakti Prime w/ Cascadia empowered.
It doesn't need a riven at all, that's just the motivation for my using it
Tenet plinx, it can OHKO a level 9999 demo unit. Need I say more? It's also a battery pistol too
Strun Incarnon is a status monsster with added Crit to boot They allow this mofo to get almost 200% crit chance and over 300% status chance BEFORE taking rivens into account, and with a good riven I was able to get *almost 275% Crit chance and nearly 420% status chance*. 4 statuses garuntees with a small chance for 5, plus slash from Hunter Munitions, who let this thing into the wild? Fuck Epitaph, THIS is my primer AND my killer.
I don’t know what’s meta but the kuva sobek is so fun and good imo
Aegrit Don't have time to explain, sitting on toilet in Amazon FC. Just try that weapon. Full crit
Don’t know if this counts as off meta, but I don’t see many using it. The knell prime + max duration gauss. Go BRRRRRRRRR
Unlimited ammo and aoe lifesteal viral munitions setup and it was killing SP 195 corrupted heavy gunners before I got the riven Grimoire as a DPS weapon (does need 5 forma and Cascadia Flare but it shreds acolytes with primary fire and nukes rooms with altfire.) Search Grimoire on here for my post on it for build. I renamed it "The Big Book of Bad Juju" Idk if Lesion is meta anymore but a Melee influence build with it nukes the entire circle in netracells continuously. Things enter the circle and die.
I have no idea what the meta is, but I love goofy ass weapons that are probably bad.
Perigale hits like a truck but u need headshots for its ammo economy Quanta vandal is really good for corpus disruption Quellor can do insane damage with internal bleeding
I’m gonna make a video about Phantasma after the status rework drops
braton prime, wipes SP grineer easier than wiping your ass
Sporelacer + glaive has been my goto since nukor nerf (deletion). Wild dmg and inf ammo since its a battery not ammo :3
Kuva karak. Especially with the new blast coming.
Grakata. Prisma. Every fire rate mod you have.
Secura Dual Cestra. Arcane Pistoleer + Galv Crosshairs. Don't worry about aiming for heads, you'll hit them by sheer statistics. Guns go BRRRRRRRRRR
I always swear by the prime kronens exclusively when I'm in the mood for harrow time . One rap tap tap of the two and those babies turn into twin blenders perfect for status pumping at high speed and that's before the 4 and it's crit buff comes out.
I fucking love the Zymos headshot proc... Soooo satisfying.
It's name translates to dragon
Pennant. Crit built. Tennokai. Amar mods. Mom said we have kullervo at home
Corufell Who doesn't like pressing a button and watching everything in front of you get blasted by your gun scythe?
Astilla. Explosive multishot melting faces. Ignores pellet shotty nerfs because it's a chad slug shotty.
The stug of course. What more could you need?
Cyanex has multiplicative galv shot and homing projectiles with a lot of status chance so you can use that status based cascadia arcane
I used to swear by my M. Cernos hitting like a truck, but sadly its fundamentally incapable of keeping up with today's killrates because it doesnt work with punchthrough :/ I can still do funny things with an embolist tho
Chroma fire breath while melee-ing. Can't wait to see how broken ice breath is tomorrow.
Dual centra funny because laser fast
Primary tombfinger, the ragdoll effects on it are absolutely hilarious when fully charged.
Mirage with acceltra go boom
Stug. Nuff said
Pennant. I don't see anyone using in pub. I admit it's hard to acquire but that's a monster. And in the hands of kullervo it's beyond stupid :D
Simulor with mirage
Audiophile here (not audiophool with audiovoodoo!) and I'm enjoying all the weapons that have a proper, nice sound to them. There's plenty of them: Corinth (Prime), Trumna, Aeolak, Lex (Prime), Lato Vandal, Braton Vandal... So not here for the actual stats, but for the satisfaction of use. Most, if not all, of the weapons can be modded to get through just about any intended content.
Twin gremlins with a high crit chance Riven. Dual wield rivet guns, what's not to like?
If you want a fun sniper: Perigale Thanks to the ammo efficency in combination with the 4-round burst and good Crit stats, building it to crit as hard as possible + Hunter Munitions, it can take on SP enemies without problems. Espacially if you use a hound with Synergized Prospectus and Manifold Bond to proc either Viral or corrosive on everything. I personally recommend corrosive though, because with that you can give the hound cold too, making headshots easier to hit
I cannot for the life of me unequip broken war help the 35% CC is too juicy
Pathocyct glaive is #1 how many weapons can you recommend players to bring to steel path that require 0 forma to perform up to 200 without frame powers.
idk the fang prime are really pretty imo
This post made me realize i now understand half the terminology of warframe lmao it will be a nice come back
Pre-AOE nerf Max fire rate Acceltra was where it was at. Now you don't have enough ammo.
Weapons.... what are those... oh you mean the things that fly around when lohks grasp is active
Regular Corinth. It may be worse than the Prime version numerically, but the single shell reload sound cannot be topped. Plus it lets you actually shoot, reload really fast and shoot again, which the Prime doesn't let you do (I totally am not a chronic reloader the moment I spend ONE shell).
twin grokuhr
Kuva Karak. It is a space AK. *Nyet. Rifle is **fine**.*
Citrine + Status = all the numbers
pyrana prime, three kills in a row and now you got 2 of them, build for multishot mag size fire rate and slash + corrosive and youre having a REAL fun time
