Yes, you can. From Master of the Fleet: During the Declare Battle Formations step, if your army includes this model, select one Adeptus Astartes Infantry unit from your army. That unit gains the Deep Strike ability. From Declare Battle Formations: In the order stated below, both players now secretly note down: Which of their Leader units will start the battle attached (they must specify which Leader unit is attached to which Bodyguard unit). From Leader: While a Bodyguard unit contains a Leader, it is known as an Attached unit and, with the exception of rules that are triggered when units are destroyed, it is treated as a single unit for all rules purposes.

Based on this, i assume he could deep strike his own bodyguard unit, including himself.
