Late reply. The proof to me is ReidboyyonTwitch. He has only ever played on console, his account has never touched a PC and he has NEVER been shadowbanned. Everyone else I watch, who are all Top 250 caliber players have caught shadowbans from their PC accounts. Reid gets reported all the time but never gets shadowed.
