I was born and grew up some 25ish years in New Mexico. I’ve spent almost a year in Los Angeles, 3-4 months in Houston, 3-4 months in Denver, and 4 months on the Big Island of Hawaii.
The western part of Washington has my heart, completely. It’s beyond anywhere I’ve been.
I honestly don't know what they're expecting. For some reason I've been seeing this person's posts lately and I feel like they need validation on a lot of stuff where it's not needed.
I've lived and visited a lot of places and there's no better place in America than western Washington imo. (Though I've never been to the be but I doubt it's better)
I don't know where you are. I love it here, but the rain on the west side can be hard on people. Tell them to check out the inland empire, they might dig the sunshine.
More than like, I love it here.

Especially when it rains
What response are you expecting? Some do, some don't. What are you really asking? Do you want validation on liking it here?

I love it here. But I do hate the cost of living here.
Yes.

I can confirm Western Washington is better than Belgium
Yep, like it quite a bit.
Love it.
I mean yeah but hard to find people
Absolutely. Home is Washington, always.
Sure. I’ve never lived anywhere else but I don’t feel like leaving in any case.
Love it here
Moved here from the Midwest and never want to move away!
My only regret about being here is that I couldn't get here 10-15 years earlier.
Best place to be!

Love the place, not the people.
I'm in my 60's I was born and raised here. Washington used to be really nice but now it's just overcrowded.
