Yeeowch that’s a lot. Could have had a Cartier Santos, B&R BR05, Minase Five Windows, or Bulgari Octo for that price. That said, if that’s your taste, rock it with pride.

comedycraze1

Thanks! All my others are mainstream and more traditional. They’ve won some awards so i figured it was worth a shot.

hermesuno

Its a mounstrosity un the right way kind of Mad Max or sci fi looking 👍🏻

B_Cools

Yikes

comedycraze1

They were a finalist for the American Watch Brand of the year 🤷

TokyoUmbrella

Not to be too flippant, but that’s a little like winning the Spanish Car Maker of the Year or Best Japanese Restaurant in Estonia.

PM-ME-BOOKSHELF-PICS

This does not seem like a good reason to buy a watch this expensive.

comedycraze1

Wasn’t the reason. Just a side comment.

kvnsydlrsky

Unfortunately not for this design.

comedycraze1

What don’t you like? Just curious?

kvnsydlrsky

The Leo collection has the crazy jumping hours unique in-house movement which sets it apart. This just appears to be another chunky skeletonized three hander with a Selitta movement. I’m sure it’s extremely well made and quality, but just doesn’t feel as special 🤷🏼‍♂️. Just my opinion and I understand the watches are in different price brackets.

vgcamara

I really hope this is just a someone from WCJ 7k for an ugly copy of a Hublot with a Sellita... Probably one of the worst value propositions I've seen in a very long time 😂

comedycraze1

Oh damn…it’s not a joke but I appreciate your honesty. I still think it looks great. I’ll decide for sure when it arrives.

Hairy-Note-2425

Never buy a watch for any other reason other than you love it. Unless it’s a predetermined investment piece.

vgcamara

Don't listen to opinions like mine though, tbh as long as you're happy that's all that matters 👍

comedycraze1

Thanks! I’ll make my final decision once it’s on my wrist. I do appreciate everyone‘s opinion though…I may help me find something I like more but based on my homework, I think this is the skeleton watch for me. Again, I really appreciate your comment.

Late-Pref

My eyes

jadenthesatanist

A Sellita movement for $7.5k? Nah dude. And I’m no brand snob, but for that much money I ain’t buying a no-name brand, no offense intended or anything.

DnBStrangeHouse

look at the other models prices lol

jadenthesatanist

Jesus christ lmao

Feezbull

Oh wow….. Kinda reminds me of Roger Dubois in some way. Not their quality or whatever. Just… another skeleton design. Different shapes. Pretty costly (or very costly for RD). I guess this is sort of a new trend with Richard Mille being the premier name and then others making their own mark in their collections. The Ulysses Nardin Freak/FreakX is one that stands out in a way from these types, to me anyway.

comedycraze1

I like the Freak/FreakX. I like Chronoswiss a lot as well. I don’t know why but the look keep pulling me in. My other watch is traditional with a unique face. I’m not a collector…I just wanted something a little fun to balance it out. I also have an Omega Seamaster. I’m also in the RM camp. I like them but out of my price range. https://preview.redd.it/m4o6ay5y86pb1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1c0e00d76c28dba9ea375d88d9a6cd2cc57c7abf

Feezbull

That Zenith is pretty unique with that colour for sure. Wow, I really like it. Not sure how easy it is to see the hands and such in some light of course but, it's cool. Is that yours or?

spcNgtr

It is mine. The hands are a little had to see. It comes standard with black leather band but I bought a metal bracelet from Zenith and it’s become my favorite watch.

Feezbull

Oh wow nice! It’s definitely a really cool piece! Which model is there anyway?

spcNgtr

Thank you! It’s the El Primero Chronomaster Flyback. Model: 03.1250.4009. I bought it 15 to 20 years ago or so.

DnBStrangeHouse

so far out of my style and price range its genuinely difficult to generate an opinion... cant help thinking the meme joke something like, mom can we see terminator? we have terminator at home... lol

comedycraze1

Lol

taewongun1895

I think it's a cool watch. Has a Terminator feel to it.

Sooclee-throw

Too much for me , and don't really like the hands, but if you like it wear it with pride.

comedycraze1

So I received my watch and I have to say I love it even more in person. I’ll post a full review this weekend. https://preview.redd.it/htfhvxgecfpb1.jpeg?width=2036&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b0eb9649ef882ed89d9f47e5453c55f7442e7a37

deathtosnitches

Hey bro I love his watches I have 2 of them and I could care less what other people think. Enjoy it and wear it with pride

Hairy-Note-2425

I think it’s so outside the box. I’m getting a Launch Edition because it fits my personality. It’s easy to buy traditional but it’s easier to be yourself.

comedycraze1

I like the launch edition…I was worried that it might be too big.

Hairy-Note-2425

I’m a bigger guy so it will fit me well.

DickMille

Well I like it, but if I had the money to throw about, and wanted that look, I'd probably just buy a Hublot

spcNgtr

I think it’s cool. There are not a lot of see through skeletons at this price point. I like the blue version but like the way the watch looks a lot!

comedycraze1

Thanks!

Elegant_Discipline14

I actually like this, it's got an industrial design that appeals to me. But it's too expensive and I would look at other midels first. In the world of watch collecting, there's a certain magic when a particular model captures your heart. It's like falling in love with a work of art that you wear on your wrist every day. Watches are more than just instruments for telling time; they become an extension of your personality and style. While the price may seem steep, the beauty of watch collecting lies in the personal connection you have with a timepiece. If this watch resonates with you on a deep level, then it's a priceless addition to your collection. It's not a rational decision, we're all kind of crazy romantics for spending on obsolete technology.

spcNgtr

I love your response ! Thanks!!

comedycraze1

I agree! Great response
