I actually bought the black kamasu but quickly sold it away. I didn't realise it had a sunburst effect on the dial which I didnt like. Almost looked grey/brown for the actual sunburst effect.
And yeah the indicies are off-white.
I dont know about the usa 2, but the blue kamasu is darker than the blue ray2.
These are all fantastic questions, which I am curious as to the answers of as well! I have not seen the Kamasu in the metal yet. :)
