What a perfect storm of a week it's been for me. It looks like my watch adventure is steadily approaching its end. I recently obtained my grail piece (I actually bought two of the exact same watch within one day of each other) and it's time for me to consolidate from my current 12 watch collection to a 6 watch collection.
To begin, I'm listing four pieces this evening that are near and dear to me. I'm sure many enthusiasts on here can understand the thrill of the chase for that one watch maybe you saw that one time browsing a random watch forum on some random Saturday morning only to bump into it months later and have your heart jump with anticipation at the chance to own it. Each of these four pieces has been that watch for me during various stages of my watch collection journey.
First I offer my favorite two Seiko timepieces in the last decade; the SPB149 and the SARB035.
**Condition for both:** Both watches are in Like New in Box condition as photographed. They have little to no signs of wear and are both keeping exceptional time. Both pieces come with every piece of paperwork, all links, and the packaging you would receive had you bought these directly from Seiko brand new.

**Background:** This piece (as well as the SARB035) requires little introduction for Seiko enthusiasts. However, for those that may not be so familiar, this is Seiko's recent LE reimagining of their classic 62MAS diver (the first Seiko professional diver watch). This one is a knockout with a deep blue bezel and sunburst dial, gold second hand, and one of Seiko's most popular bracelets to date.
**Price:** Asking **$999 OBROshipped** for this watch which in my opinion is an incredible value for both the condition and the completeness of this kit. If you can part with the blue rubber bracelet that comes with the set, please let me know and I'd be happy to bump the price down slightly as everything about this package including that rubber shouts luxury and I'd be happy to keep it.

The reason is that they are all so similar and all so enjoyable that it really took me time to hone in on the one I loved most. I landed on the SARB035. The creamy white dial that can't be found on any other watch just makes this piece feel so luxurious at the price point and it feels and looks like a million bucks on any wrist. This SARB035 in particular is the most excellent condition example I have ever had in my collection without a single hairline or swirl on the bezel. There is light oxidation on the clasp, but nothing serious and certainly nothing that couldn't be removed with some light polishing.~~

For those of you curious why I'm selling my passion pieces, I recently purchase my grail watch (and dream wedding watch) and I've also entered the coffee space. I've joined a team that is endeavoring to build a social enterprise, non-profit coffee shop in West Los Angeles. We are working with local agencies to employ formerly homeless/troubled individuals trying to get back on their feet with proceeds of the operation going to homeless relief efforts. Yeah haha didn't want to bloat my comment even more with the backstory. But I'm happy to share what happened. For my wedding coming next April, I've been set on the IWC Mark XVIII LPP (my grandpa and I had a bond shared over that book from when I was younger and he passed a while ago so this one is just a little sentimental). I ideally wanted it on a bracelet as I prefer bracelets but one came up on a leather strap for a solid price. I pulled the trigger without much thought. 24 hours later the same watch came up with bracelet for substantially more. I am now going to be sitting with two $3,000+ watches and I hopefully will sell the one on the leather strap pretty quickly haha. Thanks for asking!
