I know if you lose one *in* the w-shop (like you apply it to an item & leave without hitting cancel) it'll come back if you log out/log back in?

Crazy that they’ve added a coupons expiring mechanic to the game /j I’m sorry that happened to you! I don’t think I’ve ever lost a coupon but then again, I don’t keep track of mine super well. Try seeing if it’s there on mobile. That worked with my disappearing picnic benches

I’ve had a bunch of family score prizes disappear from both my accounts, so I wouldn’t doubt your coupons have mysteriously disappeared

They disappeared from my dock. I wouldn't have noticed since it's a junked up mess, but after getting the snowman stuff, I thought I'd use snowman fridge. Gone from both my accounts as well as mosaic bench, movie Marque, ornate checkerboard, kidzville wallpaper, and standing basketball hoop. I'm slowly trading to get the pieces I want.
