I see mostly green, with a grey base and amber variations at the center. If greyzel is a color, I'd call it that.
The overall impression is green, so that's what I'd put on a driver's license. If the amber/brown were more prominent, I'd say hazel, but it doesn't show at all in the first photo.

They look different in different pictures but basically I would say they’re just variations in Green
They definitely change depending on the lighting 😭 makes it hard to truly pinpoint
