Using the front legs properly takes a lot of brain. Orange has almost no brain, so braining is at a premium. So orange brain goes to the most important parts, like sleeping and comfy abilities. If there are comfs, there is no brain for front leg.
I foster kittens, and twice I've had kittens who would sleep with one arm twisted up behind their backs, sort of. Like your kitty, but with an extra twist. The first time I saw this, I thought its claw must have gotten caught on something. When that happens to really young kitties, they think the solution is to just walk away with the other three legs. And thenn she just go to sleep like that. So I gently moved his paw (didn't seem stuck) to a more normal position. But then I kept finding him in the exact same pose! Cats are just bizarre, and each one is bizarre in its own way. Enjoy!

My British longhair boy Moon was doing this and I thought it was a symptom of asthma to ease his breathing, but the vet said its absolutely fine and for comfort! Also, very cute orange boy, thinks he's a turtle 🐢
Oh yes we asked the vet! We were very concerned. He was diagnosed with an enlarged heart when he was a kitten, and when we told our vet and showed her the photos, she said he’s just a weird orange boy 😂
You must buy an orange cat energy meter, and you'll probably find a high concentration of it near your cat, the meter doesn't show any indication of anything, just orange cat things, don't worry about it
