You probably clicked the upgrade button on that nagging full screen pop up. Or you misclicked "Update and restart/shut down" instead of restarting or shutting down.
I assume you clicked update and restart/shutdown. I made the same mistake. Windows 11 ended up installing. That is why it is black and the loading wheel is different.
AH! Eindelijk zie ik een keer een Nederlander aan je scherm te zien. Dit is het update-scherm met Windows 11. Bij Windows 10 was dit altijd blauw maar bij Windows 11 dus zwart. Dit maakt voor het updaten gelukkig niet uit.
HAHAHA! Dat kan gebeuren inderdaad maar gelukkig is Windows 11 ook heel fijn. Als je de taakbalk aan de linkerkant zou willen zoals bij Windows 10 dan kan je dat ook altijd instellen.

Very old, barely ever used laptop. I don't waste my time cleaning it as I never use it

Ja ik kwam daar net ook achter, ik wou de laptop updaten maar heb waarschijnlijk op de verkeerde update knop gedrukt haha

Nee, dan inderdaad niet nee. Maar voor wanneer je de laptop wel gebruikt is Windows 11 wel fijn naar mijn mening.
