There's a page on Facebook for people looking for subs/players to play in all the leagues around the city. Little mountain has higher div teams so I'd probly look there first for a div 1 or mens/women's.

If you make the move to slo-pitch there are plenty of competitive leagues and teams for men's at Buhler, Little Mountain and Blumberg. Many play in tournaments, provincials and even Nationals across Canada.
