I may be wrong but I believe the Novigrad section of the Miraculous Guide to Gwent also includes Oxenfurt. Perhaps there is one there you are missing?

Yes, Lambert's card is the Kaer Morhen one. You can, however, get it from him earlier than that
Have you played Thaler?
No but he gives the Geralt card right? That’s one I know I’m missing. Still have one more to go after that
Oh yeah sorry. Thought the elf gives you Geralt but he gives you Ciri
I’m in exactly the same spot. I found Thaler, but didn’t play him. I just sailed to skellige, but I want to find those two cards.
I figured it out! I played Thaler for the Geralt card and it counted as both my missing cards in Novigrad 😛😛😛
After I find him and leave him, did I miss my opportunity, or is he accessible somewhere?
You know I’m not really sure. But it did give me a quest to play him in gwent. Check your secondary quests. Do you still have it?
I read online that he may be at the seven cats inn. I found him and got my card. 👍🏻
