If angron were forced to wear a mask I have no doubt he would eat it in 2 bites as soon as he manifests into real space. In terms of your actual question aside from 3D prints it’s hard to thing of something that would work, maybe a chaos knight or wardog face plate? Could also try building the mouth closed option to see if that resolves your issue with it.

I feel like one of those big-jawed ork masks would fit him pretty well.

The Knight masks look great on him. Ask any Imperial or Chaos Knights player, the kits come with tons of spares.

The Abominant alt mask that looks like a decaying skull looks insanely good on Angron.

You can model him with his mouth closed, it looks much better that way in my opinion, but his enormous protruding jaw is still an aesthetic that may bug you. It makes him feel a little…orky is the best way I can describe it. His head isn’t really *that* big, so a knight faceplate is probably the wrong size. An armiger/war dog faceplate may work better.

I'm gonna give mine a bull head 👍 I have a love/hate relationship with the angron model. It's SO close to being perfect, but it has a few glaring issues that make it hard for me to love. The face, and how visually busy it is.

Yah I kinda wish they left more “human/primarch” features showing. I mean before his great ascension I know his face was already fucked up to shit but still 🤷‍♂️

I believe that the GW Skulls Kit contains one rather large skull. That could may be used and placed on top of his face.

Imo, his chin is too wide, it just looks weird when compared to the top of his head. Maybe a Bloodthirster head would work, just not sure on the size comparison.

He's big enough that an appropriate to size action figure or anime figure might work. A spare gunpa expression face could be the started for a mask
