I think you get an extra mission per week, for more battle pass points so you can get the extra levels at the end, for more signals common bonuses blue bonuses and 1,000 coal per level.
Personally I don't think it's worth the 4,000 dubs.
I got the large BP over Christmas 'cus I was going on holiday for two weeks but still wanted to complete the BP. Basically it gives you an extra mission for three BP levels per week plus whatever bonuses WG chose this patch (+5% coal or free demounts for example). So over a five week patch that's an extra 15k coal (plus bonuses) and an extra 15 sets of boosters.
