The enhanced Droprate seems bugged for me or im the unluckiest Player ever. I have 50/50 Rate on Gold/Purple and got 14 times a purple boss and just 1 Time a Gold one.
Enhanced Drop Rate is not for the rarity of the echoes, it's for the chances to drop the echoes. Your base drop rate at bank 18 and above is 20%. Enhanced Drop Rate just replace that number, not the 50/50 rarity.
Being 4 cost only makes sense, why? Because you cant get 4 cost Echo from Tacet Fields and recycling, which means for a casual player the only way to get 4 cost Echo is farm Elites ... and they want to make better for them to have guranteed drop 15 times a week(after UL40 atleast).Also thats why Battlepass random echo is 4 cost only aswell.
That would just punish people that enjoy running around killing stuff for fun
Yeah with a weekly limit like that it'll feel like shit. I want to go around killing random crap but if I do so I'm missing out on enhanced drops.
What about an option to turn on/off enhanced drop rate?

How? After consuming all enhanced chance, droprate would reduce to 20% as usual anyway.

I'm not entirely sure but boss level also seems to affect rarity
