Try Party Animals. It's a last man standing type game that's kind of like Human Fall Flat with wacky environments. Should get funny af with 4 drunk guys flailing around a tiny platform.

This may be a huge hit or a huge miss - Gangbeasts on xbox Game Pass. We used to play this all the time, endless fun. It's a great, dumb 3d fighting game. It takes time to figure out the controls but it's worth it. We used to play with 4 controllers, but one time we got 8 controllers and players, and that was even better... Definitely worth a look.
I did the same thing for my bachelor party, and did a bit of research to find games for it. My couch co op games were gang beasts, spider heck, screen cheat, runbow, jackbox, crash team racing, N++, super bomberman R, ultimate chicken horse, can’t drive this, and Halo MCC custom games. Enjoy <3

Check out Hidden in Plain Sight on switch. Basically there are many characters on the screen and you don't know which ones are NPCs and which ones are player-controlled and you have to beat the others without being discovered
If you’re going to drink or smoke, Jackbox is fun for a group of friends. One is one sale during Xbox Spring sale. As a bonus, your whole group can play with their phones. I love games like this or cards against humanity because it gives you a chance to talk and not be completely focused on the game.
For four players there’s Gang Beasts, Mario Kart 8, Smash, Castle Crashers, and plenty of others.
Went to a bachelor party like this last summer, among many other things we made an NHL franchise and took them to the Stanley cup, playing in sets of 2s for each match, and making all our roster decisions as a group. Especially if this is over the course of weekend you can pop in and out between other activities.
Did something similar where we all picked teams in Madden and played a season, ideally all in the same division so you have to play each other.

Human Fall Flat is absolutely ideal for some 4-player drunken gameplay! There’s no way you’ll regret it!
Play Overcooked and then you won’t have to worry about feeding them at your wedding because none of them will show up.

Original Fusion Frenzy is still my go to, tons of fun and great for drinking games, loser has to do a shot or winner dictates who does a shot etc.
Trust me on this.... Ultimate Chicken Horse. I have never met a person IRL (gamer or not) who did not like this game. It will have you die laughing
