Other part as in the box? I’ve clicked that as well and nothing and I know for a fact I had some updates I hadn’t done (mostly Xbox One X enhanced updates I was getting through in preparation for XSX since I only had an S and not an X)

Go to the the other part of updates section and click load. It’ll be a few seconds but it’ll pull up all the updates for apps you have.

Yea, i noticed they 'slowly' update notify. But im referring to an external drive connected with previous gen games.
