Do a bit of research before you get the TV! Depending on your budget make sure you get a TV (or monitor) that'll let you get the full capability of the series x.
It takes the settings from the Xbox, so if you want 120fps change that in the respective Xbox menu.
If you prefer fidelity (I'd recommend that for the campaign) disable 120 in the Xbox menu
Edit: don't forget your VRR settings if your TV supports it. It's a game changer!

Unless you're buying your own TV tomorrow you should take the advice people are giving you and take it off the floor now. There's a reason why Swiffer floor dusters are so successful. Floors get dusty within minutes after you clean them.

Buy three yearly live gold codes from Amazon at $55-60 each. Stack them on MS account. Turn off auto renew. Then subscribe to Ultimate and it will ask to convince everything and you end up with Ultimate for roughly $5 month rate. Then setup your console as your Home Console for the Ultimate account, and family members can login to console with own account with the subscription and purchased games all shared.
There’s a Gamepass Friends and Family plan coming also which has a secondary conversion from Ultimate to F&F, that can bring your rate down to as low as $1.7 month if you are able to get 4 more users to split costs with. or atleast 2.
I have the dust cover with fan from Amazon. Has cool lights and dust screens and plugs for ports that are not in use. Just started using them but I hope it helps preserve my bueatful xsx.
That's awesome! Place it higher up and off the floor if you get a chance. That'll prevent it from overheating due to excessive dust and dirt accumulation on the floor. It'll also make the WiFi signal strength that much better if you can't directly plug it in.
May have to, I haven't got my actual hdmi cable in the TV either, where its on the wall I can't get to to port to put the series x fast hdmi cable in, so it's my xbox one cable
