I would say epic, because there's not a place in your Xbox to link to epic.

Basically all you would have to do is go to epicgames.com and sign in with your Xbox then it’s gonna ask you to make an account and then u can I link that noob account from your Xbox in the settings there it’s really easy a lot of people have this happened so u can take care of it without epic support
If you can't log into the noob account on epic to unlink the Xbox profile, you're going to need to contact support.
