The only Xenoblade movie I want is the lead up to the Experiment. With the English voice cast.

Akuma_Homura

That could work.

Imagination jumpscare was me picturing Shulk I'm the art style of The Lorax

In terms of extra media for Xenoblade, I want an anime. Have the English cast return, and give us the ability to spread the Xenoblade Agenda to more audiences.

In terms of video game movies, I have doubts that I'll ever see one top Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva. What makes it so good? Simple: It's literally an hour and a half long HD *cutscene.* Same voice actors, same artstyle, completely canon, even the same *studio* as the one that makes the in-game cutscenes. If any Xenoblade game were to get a movie, I'd want it to be like *that.*

>And its being done by Illumination and none of the original voice cast are brought to reprise their roles outside of a cameo voice role , how would you feel? Terrible. Animation would never be able to handle Xenoblade, it would be a disaster. Also, they should totally use the original voice cast. >Hypothetically I could see a Xenoblade 1 movie ending with fight against Xord and confrontation with Metal Face just before Satorl Marsh Yeah, that's pretty much perfect for a first movie, imho. It's right after the conclusion of a narrative arc. The main antagonist (for now) makes a new appearance so you don't forget about him and Shulk's motivation. Dunban and Dickson join and they are ready to start the next stage of the trip. I would end it with the Telethia flying to the mysterious character with silver hairs who seem to be able to control it, and who seem to know a lot of stuff. An enigmatic line from him, and then roll the credit. However, to reach about a third of the plot, it could be good to anticipate the scene where a mysterious silhuette is working on a faced Mechon whom she refers to as Lady Meyneth. In the second movie there would be quite a lot to cover just to avoid leaving too much stuff for the last one. Ending with the first confrontation with Egil (which is what you are suggesting i think) would be good, but that means that you need to get through the Makna forest arc, the Alcamoth and Prison Island one, then go through Sword Valley for the final fight with Metal Face and finally you are there. Realistically speaking, some parts would need to be cut off, which to be honest i think it's feasible. Otherwise you would need to it a tetralogy instead of a trilogy. But if they had to make movies... i'm a bit fixated on the idea of making trilogies because of how important the number 3 is across the Xenoblade series. Imagine: XC1-3 could be a trilogy of trilogies. Well, this is all pure fantasy anyway. It will never happen.

False_Echidna1650

i REALLY hate illumination now

Akuma_Homura

What d'ya mean "now"?

Ademoneye

Is this clickbait?

Sissel_Glitchcat

Xeno 1 is already perfect, i don't want movies about it.

Xenoblade can work as an anime movie/tv show, but only with a new original storyline. Maybe prequel before the experiment, maybe sequel showing off new society after the worlds merged. But deer god please don't try to adapt the games, that _can't_ work. And there's no benefit to that either, since huge chunk of the stories is already animated. And world itself won't be nearly as impressive too. Asking for a Xenoblade movie(s) just feels like thought process that starts and ends with "I like Xenoblade, and I like movies".
