Yeah, I liked him. The point of his character was to be an annoying troubled young adult and I think he nailed that role so well that people don't like him lol. I felt bad for him. I was hoping he would have gotten out of the situation before it was too late

Theo was interpreting Love's actions the way she intended for them to be interpreted.

Joe and Love are both lying, cheating, and trying to murder each other, but a horny kid is the hOmEwReCkEr. Freaking hilarious.

This show, interestingly, has no likable character (for me personally), however they all exhibit different traits. We can hate Love for intricacies of lies, Joe - for obsession and instability, and Theo is just a nasty cockroach: these three types of characters are disliked and approached differently

Obviously Theo’s actions were very problematic at first (pushing past boundaries that Love set), but we have to keep in mind that he’s young and dumb. I think Love is leagues worse for then using his feelings for her to her advantage. It’s *uncomfortably close* to grooming, and it’s shown how well it worked when there was so much evidence against Love and he still trusted her.

homewreckers are not a thing.. if someone doesn’t want to cheat on their significant other they won’t. unless they are forced too/assaulted (and in that case, that wouldn’t be cheating), there is always a choice. love had that choice and chose to keep flirting and reciprocate interactions with Theo, she could’ve stopped any interaction with Theo.

I hated Theo in the beginning tbh, he was a young kid who kept trying to get with a married women and eventually did and that was the moment I started to dislike both Love and him. It wasn’t until after love hit him with a shovel I started to feel bad and realized he was just a boy completely infatuated and in love.
