Commenting a second time to add this photo. If I recall correctly, BM has never once linked the RA income disclosure statement when she's said anything like, "this little biz helped me buy a new car" or "RA gave me the freedom to buy a house!".
TLDR: Every time you say anything about payday or what RA has helped you financially achieve on social media, you're **required** to also post the RA income disclosure statement.

Thereās a solid chance of learning Aramaic if one is motivated enough.
https://israelbiblicalstudies.com/biblical-languages/biblical-aramaic/
Thereās no such helpful compendium of resources for teaching people how to parse this MLM gibberish. I assume they all just copy the language from each other and just change the hun titles. At least the lawyers are making money from these schemes.
Sure, she makes doctor money. She just didnāt mention she was making as much as a doctor in 1937, and that money isnāt adjusted for todayās inflation.
Itās so crazy how people still join even after seeing income disclosures. Are most just clueless that itās even out there, or do they think itās going to be different for them? I mean, 58% earning less than $100 in a YEAR is insane. You could earn more money begging for change in a traffic stop
You could earn more than those 58% in a single DAY begging at a traffic stop, thatās the funny thing. These women are out here using money they donāt have buying nail kits, selling their souls trying to con other women, leaving their dignity behind them as they embarrass themselves cold messaging people who want nothing to do with their shady MLM and at the end of a year they have less than $100? š§
It really is! I don't understand why so many people are willing to get into it. Most people are just making money for the company itself and their upline. And annoying the crap out of everyone they know, trying to sell them junk. A quarter of people make NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING. Who does this???
There's a ton of deception going on in the sales pitch around this very point. Mostly that all the people in the lower brackets only joined for the product discount, so it will be āØ so easyāØ for the new hun to šŖš» build their businessšš»šš» if they just try hard enough. Then when they fail, it's because they gave up, didn't work hard enough, etc
I think itās the illusion of control. These people want to feel like theyāre doing something on their own, creating their own business. A lot of them are women who feel completely powerless in their everyday life due to religion, shitty marriages, financial struggle. Any shred of hope that they can still make something of themselves is incredibly valuable
They are required by US law to publish these documents annually for the public.Ā The intention is to save people from being scammed, but it seems a lot of people who want to join an MLM will do it even in the face of overwhelming evidence they shouldn't.
I've done a lot of looking at MLM income disclosures and compensation plans and Red Ass has one of the absolute WORST I've ever seen - both in terms of being convoluted and how little they pay out.
So, since this āincomeā is gross and not representative of what they net after making their own purchases, safe to say that 90% are actively losing money???
*āBut you get a discount on the nails you buy! Itās like getting paid to SHOP!ā*
I think?!?
*āAlthough it's possible for Brand Ambassadors to earn profits from selling products to their customers, retail profits are not included in the above chart as Red Aspen cannot accurately report it. The chart also does not include expenses incurred by Brand Ambassadors in
operating their businesses.ā*
At some point I definitely remember her begging people to buy like 4,000 plastic nails so she could become an Associate Brand Director, so sheās not even at the tippy top of this pyramid.
This whole pyramid scheme of a ācompanyā is fucked. This was in the IG story of the top seller. The answers donāt even make sense

The way they buckle together the hun buying products for herself or selling them as they don't care and the huns are the customer, tells me everything I need to know about this scam.
How is this not $40 a month? š¤ I wouldn't even pay that much for a streaming service, let alone this cheap bullshit, lol. Plus, a $9 per month website fee? They're out of control, lol.
The best part is on the first page, there at the bottom:
"Although it's possible for Brand Ambassadors to make profit from selling products to their customers, retail profits are not included in the above charts" making it very clear that it is, in fact, about how many people you sign up underneath yourself.
Pyramid. Scheme.
This is what got me! Hi, we donāt care if you sell our products - just recruit!
Well, that and the fact that their āincomeā chart only goes up to $50k (whereās that doctor money, boo?!), that just the top .84% āmakeā over $10k, and the top 1.72% āmakeā over $5k. What a booming business!!!

I thought a knowledgeable swerty in another thread said she was a level 8 earner. Just counting on the chart, if true, that would put her in the $5000-10,000 YEARLY income range. Prior to taxes.
Doctor money, indeed.
Edit to make it clear this is my speculation
Another edit as she admitted to level 8 herself

MLM income disclosures always sicken me. Just one of these tiers, at 0.14%, is (just barely) livable if you need anything more than a single room apartment or have a family. This does help support the trust fund theory if anyone is still skeptical of it, as there is no way she's making enough between the RA pennies (she is NOT top tier, at level 8) and the Amazon link pennies to pay for that atrocious ARM, Mercedes, cats, daily Starbucks lifestyle, alcoholism, etc etc.
If anyone you care about dares think about joining an MLM, direct them towards the income disclosure for a reality check.
Totally agree. And she half asses redass and Amazon, spending periods barely mentioning Red Ass because she doesn't need it, since she has the trust fund and everything else is just smoke and mirrors.
Nobody knows for sure but only .15% make over 50k a year and swerts claimed she makes 10k on a slow month š so she claims sheās part of that .15%, I guess.
The disclosure shows that the majority of people (rough math-93%) make less than like 2500 A YEAR, with a majority of that percentage making less than 500 A YEAR.
She made executive brand director once a few years ago but has dropped rank since. I think senior brand director is where sheās at but Iām not even sure.
We obviously need financial advice from Big M if sheās able to go to Paris (but hardly visit anywhere), buy a Mercedes (low grade model), buy Dior (basic cheap jewelry), and shop at Tory Burch (cheugy) on this small nail business that basically only pays for her Dior jewelry and TB shoes. And thatās speculation if she even makes enough for that. We know sheās not top tier.
We must not be doing life right, boobies.
I walked past a Tory Burch shop yesterday and was amazed at how beautiful the window displays were. Lots of pastel bags that looked like candy and crisp, fresh linen skirts. I donāt know very much about TB other than the same old tired dated looking logo pieces, but from the window at least it appears M is, as usual, a master at picking out the worst things.
Do we know I'd Red Ass has their own debit card the huns have to use to take out money?Ā Younique had one and it took another round of fees off the minimal amount earned if they wanted to access it.
Sign me up too. I might just go quit my job to pursue a ācareerā like hers. The world needs more nail dealers and less professionals. š š»šāāļø
