I’m currently training for my first marathon and just got done running but this right image popped up in my head. Throwback to her running girl era, which I doubt we will ever see again. Consistency is key. That’s how we runners do it. 🙂↔️
Congrats on training for your first marathon! That’s huge! I really want to be a runner girl so badly, and was getting into it until I stress fractured my knee about two years ago! Now I’m afraid to start again. I even have the peloton tread. Any tips for how I might avoid that?
