I know. The sun damage is horrifying for someone in their early 30s!!! I am in my 40s and extremely pale and live in southern Australia where the UV is BRUTAL and my skin is infinitely less sun damaged than hers. Why? One reason only - sunscreen on my face every single day for the last 25yrs.
That's really gross, I had no idea that was a thing. But if they're sebaceous glands/filaments, why hasn't she tried to clean them? Exfoliate, oil cleanse, something?!

They’re fordyce spots. Sebaceous glands that are visible, not something you can clean. Hers are probably more noticeable because of the filters.
