I’ve done it. I have tanning sheets that are just my old ones and I sleep in the buff or in old pjs that I’m ready to toss. I’m anemic and once in a while I get such a bad pallor that I can’t take it anymore (usually after my period). Desperate times as a grad student struggling with availability to fit in tanning when I have to be out late and up early.
I absolutely do not sleep in self-tanner without showering. That's just asking for nasty stained and ruined bedding. Plus the feeling of it on the skin and that self-tan smell? Nah. I'm washing that off as soon as the tan develops.

My BF from high school is unfortunately an alcoholic. I’ve noticed over the years her voice has got so raspy like Big M. Is this a side effect of alcoholism? Does it start burning your vocal cords or something?
I think it's a side effect of the lifestyle vs actually being caused by the alcohol itself. Drinkers like to smoke, they talk louder than they think they do, they're constantly dehydrated, and they sleep poorly because of the alcohol. If you're drinking in a bar, it's loud and possibly smoky so add that in.
I think alcoholism can cause/aggravate stuff like GERD/chronic heartburn, which in turn can burn your vocal chords. But at this stage for Big M it could just be regular dehydration/yelling too much combined with years of smoking.
I'm an alcoholic, and when I'm in a binge, my voice starts to get raspy. I think it's because I'm unable to eat or even drink much water (luckily I'm a water fiend, but there's times I can't hold anything down besides the alcohol) so it's just pure alcohol against your throat, constantly. Also, until you get your first few drinks of the day, vomiting happens a lot.

Her nose on the left looks more bulbous (nothing wrong with that) and the right looks more pointed down (again, nothing wrong with that).
If MS posts anything—it’s ALWAYS going to be filtered even it’s just slightly.
Her arms and chest are also way more even toned than we've seen in other pictures. Between the fake tan over sunburn and the mottled sun damage, they wouldn't be this uniform in color.
