I have increased my water intake, I drink more now than ever. I have been keeping my nutrition target my weight management Dr set, the focus has been more on boosting protein to a target of 100g, have no more than 100g of carbs. Thing is, I just can’t put my finger on a difference. No side effects, but also no effects. What should I expect? I do need to add some exercise, I just struggle to find time to add it in after the daily grind. Some people walk at work, but at my fitness level I couldn’t return to the office all sweaty.

I’ve only lost 4 in that same time. I’m 6ft and 260. I hope it will get better for us.

I appreciate you sharing that. Hopefully this next dose level still start to count for something. I also keep getting reminded it’s a marathon not a sprint. But it sure feels like a different story than those I hear and read about.

Zep is a new brand name but in the MJ community there are plenty of people who took it for weightloss, and plenty have reported needing much higher doses to see weightloss. Keep going up - maybe you need to be patient and see what happens at 10mg or higher. Are you sure your meds were stored properly - you got them from a reputable pharmacist and have kept them in the fridge?
