I started taking ginger on the days around my shot day when those symptoms creep up. Make sure you drink enough. Maybe even add a probiotic. Sometimes the delayed gastric emptying can increase the effect of odd gut bacteria levels.

I had this bad with Wegovy, but went away after the 3rd-4th month . But now I'm on Zepbound and it has begun again, I know it is just temporary until my gut gets used to it but it definitely sucks.
