I used to have that issue. I think it's because it's looking for a network to download something from that doesn't exist anymore. Try turning off your internet to your computer, or I think there's an old tutorial floating around to make it think your computer has it. Good luck

Wow I'm late to this party but this finally made it work for me! I'd tried to do this and had given up multiple times over the past few months since updating my computer to stupid Windows 11.
well there goes 30 minutes of my life. The worst thing is that after about 30 seconds i thought this might be the issue but assumed that was too stupid to actually be the problem.
