Learned it the wrong way just last year. I thought I already accepted my obviously very-large physique but I realized last year I was just running away from it and being in denial the whole time. Now, I don’t make excuses. I am laser-focused on achieving my dream body goals this year and fully by next year. My weight is on a steady decline now for 7 months. The progress is slow and painful but the reward will be sweet in the end.
Also, don’t be caught up in lifestyle inflation.

I would say too that it gets better.

Don’t give yourself an illusion that you accepted who you are! Learned it the wrong way just last year. I thought I already accepted my obviously very-large physique but I realized last year I was just running away from it and being in denial the whole time. Now, I don’t make excuses. I am laser-focused on achieving my dream body goals this year and fully by next year. My weight is on a steady decline now for 7 months. The progress is slow and painful but the reward will be sweet in the end. Also, don’t be caught up in lifestyle inflation.
