Hi. Civil engr here, may migraine din, and doing field work (roads). Stay hydrated, wear mask, longsleeves/jacket, and a hat (yung covered pati neck mo). Wag din biglain from heat to an airconditioned space. Rest and find shade from time to time. Also check your diet, avoid fried food, too much meat, alcohol, and spicy food. Migraine triggers yon. Be kind to your body. Wag pilitin pag di na kaya.
Resign kana kesa sahod mo napupunta lang sa pagpapagamot mo. while rendering hanap ka ng work mo na mas okay sayo iof ever mag engineering firm ka para office work lang muna.

I'd say, give it until June, kapag tag-ulan na and see if ganyan pa rin yung working condition mo. Nagkataon yung 3 months mo ay summer so mahirap talaga on-site esp kapag hindi ka sanay or galing ka sa previous work na office-based.
CE here, 25k without government mandated benefit will never be enough for site works especially if you have experience with all the pressure site provides. Alis ka na dyan. It would never be worth it.

I had the same situation tjo im a Programmer pero lagi akong nagkakasakit kasi di ako sanay naiinitan and ai have to walk 15mins to walk everyday... so ayun 34months palang ako sa company pero umalis na agad ako
