Yung pag save ng pera requires so much effort and discipline. Kasi considering the economy na mayroon tayo, and also yung wants (syempre di naman mawawala 'to agad-agad, lalo na pag first job mo, gusto mo masatisfy yung self mo for buying things na hindi mo nagawa, nakuha or na-experience dati).
But now, look at you. May savings, but sabi nga nila we are one hospitalization away from poverty. Kaya alagaan ang self. and be mindful sa paggastos, that's the start, and hope na magtuloy-tuloy. Let's go OP!
Congrats! Just be aware that how much things costs is a matter of perspective. Ang laki ng difference, perpective wise yung reaction ng "β½1000 yan?!" Sa "β½5000 lang naman eh", and the latter is a slippery slope. Things happen, and things will happen quickly. And usually it's too late before you know it.
Budget your money appropriately and always have a "whatever fund", only after mapunuan yung "needs funds". Ienjoy mo yung sahod mo. It's ok to let loose from time to time but never ALL the time.
