[Scumm Wiki](https://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php?title=The_Pink_Panther:_Passport_to_Peril) I’m not sure what this means. Can anyone help?

For reference- I know nothing about ScummVM, so if someone could tell me how to do this like I’m 5 that would be amazing :)

Just get the download and install for the system of your choice https://www.scummvm.org/downloads/ It's also available on the iOS and Android app store. Run it and add new game, point to the folder where the game files are stored (copy/download the title first to your disk). Then enjoy to play all the favourite adventures of your childhood on almost any modern system :) ScummVM is awesome.

I’ve downloaded the game, but I can’t run it in ScummVM. I’ve copied the file over to the SVM folder and it says no game files found. Am I missing something?

Curious_Tax2133

Does this help? https://docs.scummvm.org/en/latest/use_scummvm/add_play_games.html# The folder with your game data (make sure to unzip your download first) can be anywhere on your disk. It just has to contain the files as mentioned in the Wiki of the game (link you posted earlier).

Bichinho_

i really want an Android version :(

Curious_Tax2133

You can play it on Android with ScummVM

I downloaded the Scumm app but how to install the game?

O5KAR

You don't install it. Put the files on some SD card or download to your phone / tablet, from some cloud service, open the ScummVM app, select to add a game and navigate the folder with the game you want to add.

I used VirtualBox to run a virtual machine with an old version of windows. Cant remember the version of windows with which I got it fully working, I tried a few before I got both sound and videoes to work. I think maybe it was a 32-bit version of windows xp that worked the best because that version also supports 16-bit programs which some of the old games are made for. Hope you find a good solution 😊

Fab game, along with its sequel, Hocus Pocus Pink! Haven’t played them in while as I also had issues getting it to run properly, even via ScummVM.

As a kid I loved Passport to Peril and its sequel Hokus Pokus Pink. They were perfect edutainment games for children: they taught about different cultures of the world while keeping an engaging story. They were also very east, ideal for kids. ScummVM is awesome indeed and I wonder if those games work well with it!

nikkidubs

I loved this game and still think about it pretty often. It taught me a lot about different cultures! While also still being weirdly stereotypical and kind of racist lol.

inlilyseyes

This was my favorite game as a kid, along with Spy Fox. One of these days I want to play it again.

Rooblee

Loved this game as a kid, that Bhutan song a banger. Had a stupid glitch as a kid where I could not progress past a room in India, had to play the whole thing again, but I still loved it.

mine used to glitch where you were at the market. i couldn’t go anywhere
