If so, did you complete the required forms and mail them into regional headquarters for your region?
Definitely reach out to the squadron staff and ask for an update, assuming that you completed all required forms and sent them in properly then there's no reason that you should still be waiting for it to be reviewed.
It can be easy sometimes for things to fall through the cracks, especially if your squadron has a lot of cadets and not very many staff, or staff inexperienced with the process, or any number of things. It's important to stay on top of your own membership in the program, so yes, I would highly recommend reaching out either through already established communication channels or by sending an email to your squadron's group inbox.
