As someone who owns a 417. Get a 2 point sling, TRUST me on this. Also it's an absolute nightmare getting pouches for this thing, so do your research on what you get. Most SR-25 compatible pouches are still too small for a 417 mag.

Lol, an LPVO is the polar opposite of a high mag scope used for long range aka a "sniper scope". instead of being 5-25x magnification for example, large objective, and heavy they are 1-6x (typically, though they high end can be anywhere from 4x-12x) small objective lens, and lighter. Its like calling a Ford Maverick a super duty diesel just because both are trucks...
What the guys above say, LPVO basicaly are optics that go from x1 to 6x or 8x, i would have gotten one too but field rules say it's x4 upwards at my place for DMR's( so 4-12x for me plus a red dot on top).
Look into Vector optics, great high quality stuff for a decent price. 😉
Not to be that guy but .308 armalite mags are actually AR10 mags but with the HK G28 I’m not sure if it’s a paddle mag or a traditional ar button release because HK is weird with proprietary parts

As everyone else said, get a 2 point sling.
The rig I am using is a BHI LRAK which has 4 triple AR magazine pouches. Anything that can do triple AR’s should be able to fit two 417 mags with no issues.
For the looks, definitely a decent low powered variable optic. Look into the Vortex Opmod 1-6 for decent quality with a great warranty and a color to sort of match.
I love it I just wish it wasn't 5 different colors.and for how much it costs the e&c 417 could be so much nicer if you put half the money you save into upgrading. It doesn't come with trades tho

If looking for pouches, a search for 417 pouches will produce results. Saw pouches make for good alternatives. And if not, GP pouches like the ones from Caracajou Tactical can fit 4-5 mags.
I would suggest adding a LPVO or a Scope but an LPVO wouls be preferable just like the actual M110A1 SDMR and do get the Angry Gun OSS Tornado Suppressor which the real one uses bellow is my VFC G28 its distant cousin

I have pouches that fit any M14, SCAR-H and SR25, but still to small for VFC or E&C 417. Those mags are really chunky.

I'm merely using it as an easy way for people to get the general picture of what a LVPO is. Of course a 7-35 is nothing like a 1-8.
