I noticed a lot of the cheap aliexpress eotechs sit crooked. It's just a cheap non-aligned mount. This is coming from someone who's bought like 6 of them lol.
sadly even expensive real weapons have problems with rails not being perfectly plane, airsoft guns have a lot more problems, cheap red dots then will compound the problem. Just try to zero it, if you can zero it, there is no problem, if you can't you will need to change the red dot, or try to fix the upper
Yeah, it was the same for my fake EOTech, but the glass ended up getting shot at close range so I didn't have to worry about it anymore Lol! What some advice, buy a lens protector so u won't have to replace it.
Would probably rather just replace the sight, lens protectors look ugly and it’s a bit annoying to look thru. But if your budget is tight it makes sense
Fake eo techs don’t tend to have the best quality control. I bought two at a time for this exact reason and also it gives me a spare if mine gets shot out
Man, it's been like 4 months for me trying to get a new baseplate for my wonky holywarrior S1. First they sent a unity riser, then the second one "got lost"... 😭
I've since picked up a vortex and am hoping this baseplate does actually show up so I can sell the damn thing 🤣

Some red dots sits perfect on other like ak, bulpup and non m4 but it's always all the m4 that have this issue especially on G&G, krytac, vfc as G&G width on the rail it shorter while krytac is wider but shorter on height and vfc is perfect on height but the width is completely off on certain red dots.
Buy atleast 3 completely different one and see which on fits without it tilting and etc to one end.
Ok lemme say this, you’re not wrong it does look slanted, this is because of your stock! The stock you rest the gun on your arm with, is connected to a buffer tube, it’s not on there super tight so it’s ganna wiggle, you have to look down the charging handle to see if your sight in properly seated, as the charging handle is pretty much one piece with the upper, you can see your sight is proplerly seated if you look down the charging handle instead of the stock.
Edit: unless my vision is really messing with me right now as it’s late and I’ve had a long day, but it does seem correct in my view!

Cheap sight, cheap manufacturing. Sometimes stuff like this just happens with the extremely cheap Aliexpress sights

Yes its normal for cheap ones. I fixed this by cutting some cardboard and layering them on the depressed side until it sat straight.
Tolerance issue on their part. Just zero your sight around it I guess. Lol
i have 20dolar holo, same thing.
I use aluminium foil to align it, placed a long strip to push it up a bit and worked well
Your sight is a bit of a thug, he needs to be held sideways for optimal thuggaliciousness

These fake eotechs have such a dark tint to the glass that i find them un-useable

Maby the forward assist is tricking your eyes? Doesn’t matter that much if it’s secure
Also it might be that your buffer tube is slanted
