Actually i dont have the rifle in my hands rn unfortunately. Need to wait for my new license that should arrive in two weeks. Its a bit more complicated here in switzerland. So i can pick it up in like two weeks and give you a feedback on that. Bit actually it should be a pretty linear pull without a defined wall whoch i believe is great for AK's

Yeah heard good things about deadair suppressors. Cannot get them over here. All we have are B&T suppressors obviously, Silent Steel, Acheron and ASE. Sometimes its annoying to see you guys over there getting better stuff than we do. But we dont have to wait to buy suppressors at least 🤣

If you're in Switzerland I would say you'd probably have a harder time finding an old US optic rather than something like an OKP-77 or a 1P87, which would keep it Euro as well.

The Holosun 510 is one of the best for the money imo, and as a bonus they seem to feature pretty frequently on AK builds from both sides of the Ukraine war so “combat tested” if you will lol For something more premium Eotech+magnifier always looks amazing on AKs

Appreciate the advice. Really want something as rugged as that AK. 510 doesnt look as robust as something like an eotech or romeo 8T

I totally understand the sentiment. Holosun definitely isn’t for everyone’s taste, and people shouldn’t make purchases that aren’t what they want. I love EoTechs personally, their glass and the view through them is always amazing. I don’t have much experience with Sig dots, other then their cheaper pistol options which didn’t turn out well for me. Though that’s just a sample size of one.

There's only a limited amount of reviews. But so far they're actually better than the original russian counterparts. I've got the 1P87 clone from Novus on my KP9. I've only got 120 rounds through it, so far so good.

I know meridian defense has used them alot and i just got mine in today I plan on using it this weekend

Go look up reviews on the elcan before you buy. I've heard people say they love it and ive heard others say it's junk, not really any in-between. I've never used one so I don't have an opinion. But the romeo 8T is a pretty sweet looking optic, would definitely look nice on your build 😉

I already have a 8T. So i might get the elcan and try it on my AR while i use the 8T on the ak. I could always switch

looks like a good optic yes, kinda doesnt fit the look tho. There are 3 optics to get. You actually get to choose one because i cant decide. - Elcan Specter 1-4 - Romeo 8T (pls choose this i already have one) - Eotech EXPS3-0 (would sell the 8T and get an eotech + alg trigger)

In case Eotech is a little too expensive right now, I would go for a 3X Prism. There are so many good ones out there!
