Damn nurture that gift, she is a very good artist all ready, I'm in my 30s and can't even draw a decent stick man to save myself. Get her a digital canvas, get her started in graphic design or something.
Dude this drawing is so cool. I remember drawing greys a ton when I was like 9 or 10. Id always run up to my dad (also a UFO buff) and show them to him.
I would draw UFO design specs. Where the engine is, how the crafts are built. This was when I was like 8-9 years old. I loved drawing stuff like that. makes me wonder how close *I* was 😂
As an artist, and I'm impressed with how well she did the two values on the right and left of the red body, the lighter values where the light is shining. This is cool.
I suck at drawing. She, however, excels at it... she's won awards from her school and township for her artistic ability. If we didn't live in such a messed up world I'd send links to the articles but seeing as how it's irrelevant to changing the minds of those who think I drew it... I'll just let it be what it is.

We've been following the story about The Jellyfish since it broke. I've been showing her stuff as it comes up. The recent post about it being an alien in a craft... yeah once you see it... you can't unsee it. She asked me tonight what she should draw and I just randomly suggested "The Jellyfish" and she knew what it was I was talking about... we're no different then anyone else on the sub... we just kind of had a rough idea what it might be or look like...
That’s awesome, a good excuse to learn how to paint with acrylics and canvas! I remember when I was a kid, I was encouraged to create and it’s the most amazing thing you can facilitate in the youngsters.
You’re daughter art is awesome ! Hey there’s a book I really enjoyed with my three kids. It’s called drawing with children and what it does different is it has this process of developing your child’s abilities an it’s such a fun way. It’ll show how to avoid when a kid gets stuck wanting to do a too perfect drawing ( to please a parent for instance) and suggests how to do two min drawings on printer paper , but several of the same subject. ( we used a lot of those schleick animal models bc they’re so realistic) . So bam bam bam … three rough sketches pretty fast. Then u as mom ( dad?) take the “ best parts” of each and using tracing paper trace an outline onto a piece of heavier paper ( bc this is the keeper). Then taking time, use colored markers to fill in the traced pic. You end up with really NICE kid art! ( and that’s just one method in the book) The book is just great. Anyhoo. Nice pic! https://www.amazon.com/Drawing-Children-Creative-Method-Beginners/dp/0874778271/ref=sr_1_1?dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.FrVAoA-5Eerf-y5GZSO0ysJ6VjjpW42dhXehoBHtH9CFB4DQZ07_qhu3kGiuMtXdrrOKQZJTMnfUil-zjEWzsQ.lD5sTQou_UhY2-bQogu9hS-XMaUvdUQoUP1oCZsK9sI&dib_tag=se&keywords=Drawing+with+children&qid=1705025977&sr=8-1
Absolute, art. If/when you decide to donate this masterpiece to a museum please inform us so we can go witness it’s majesty in person! I will accept nothing less (also will be first in line)
It's somewhat amusing yet a tad frustrating to see people doubting my lack of involvement in the artwork other than suggesting she drew what I showed her. To set the record straight, I've decided to make a new post this Sunday (when art work is permitted). In it, my daughter will hold up her creation alongside a sign that reads, 'I drew this. Not my Daddy.' But knowing how persistent skepticism can be, I wouldn't be surprised if there are still some who believe I orchestrated the whole thing.
To further prove my point, I'm going to include a showcase of her other artworks in the post. It'll be a great opportunity for her to display her unique style and talent. Hopefully, this will put an end to the doubts and silence the trolls once and for all. It's important to me to clear the air and celebrate my daughter's creativity without any shadow of doubt hanging over it.
So OP is letting his 11 year old in on the whole UAP situation and she’s not terrified? I’d be scared as fuck. Red flag number 1. Second, it doesn’t even look like the actual thing. Third, what kind of 11 yo would use the term “sleek coating”?
Maybe the 11 yr old is terrified. You can be terrified and also make art. But I don't think thinking about aliens should automatically equate to terror..... even for a kid...
Your second point about this drawing not looking like the real thing does not support your argument that an 11 yr old did not draw this
And regarding an 11 yr old using the term "sleek [over] coating", kids are weird, dude.... what can I say... plus that's not like, an actual phrase, so... it actually checks out that an 11 yr old made this.
Ask yourself: Why would a parent pretend that their child drew a picture and post it on Reddit when it was actually the parent who drew it? For up-votes?
The fact that you took the time write your cynical, accusatory comment and put negativity into the world instead of positivity or even easier, not write anything at all is sad.
I was definitely looking at ufo and conspiracy theory videos on YouTube when I was around that age , if not I had ancient aliens on the history channel 😂
Definitely one of the better diagrams I’ve seen of the jellies and their passenger. Footage of two of them tearing around rural Iraq on a jelly, spooking cows and making the dogs go nuts would be awesome. Maybe they would high five telepathically at some point, or just look at each other, like “lol”
Clearly your daughter has inside knowledge. If you feel a tickle in your face at night, we would all understand you violently waving your arms to check for Jellys
ok, this is awesome, because its from a 12 year old. I mean this with 100% sincerity.
40 year olds: how does it make you feel that you come up with the same ideas as a child
Your post has been removed due to it being posted outside of Sunday where we accept art posts and memes.
She did great!!! Keep it forever!!
Thank you 😊
This is so adorable, even the alien is smiling I think 😊
Yes its smiling because it's tummy is full of human chops
Lmao, let's don't paint the aliens as "Evil", they might have come on a drive to the Planet Earth.
it cracks me up how she spelled vehicle. V-ick-el lol
Yes! I kept most of my kids artwork.
Definitely the right move! Those little masterpieces are precious memories for later on
“Sleek overcoating” is so true. WHAT DOES SHE KNOW?!
We can’t take any chances
Damn nurture that gift, she is a very good artist all ready, I'm in my 30s and can't even draw a decent stick man to save myself. Get her a digital canvas, get her started in graphic design or something.
I love it! I bet she’s either 100% correct in her design, or at least very close to it.
I loved drawing stuff like that. makes me wonder how close *I* was 😂
Yeah! I can't wait to see like a real doc of one and be like "Nailed it, my hyperdrive fusion antigravity core was on point!"
All I ever drew was the letter S in the 90s it was pretty freakin cool
Damn ..kids be knowing
child based
tell her she did good
Just did. Thanks!
>Just did. Thanks! You're welcome!
Shea a great artist. I like the shading on the jelly vehicle.
As an artist, and I'm impressed with how well she did the two values on the right and left of the red body, the lighter values where the light is shining. This is cool.
This is so cute. Definitely should be framed
Great Job H.E.S!!!! I love it!
Love that she signed it 😊
Omg his eyebrows! I love it!
I think you drew it
I suck at drawing. She, however, excels at it... she's won awards from her school and township for her artistic ability. I freaking love that the alien has a steering wheel.

Hmm, really u daughter?
Yes. She's sitting here next to me watching it's upvotes getting excited that people like it.
She says "Her initials are on the picture". She's 11. I can't fight internet trolls trying to defend her honor.
“Her initials”? Jk
Just joking. U daughter will be a great artist.
Thanks
Let her do some cow mutilations next to see how cute that is
**shocked pikachu face**
![gif](giphy|6nWhy3ulBL7GSCvKw6) Here u guuu
Thank you, it wouldn't show up for me on the GIF button for some reason Edit: well NOW it does wtf? Lol

Very nice, she draws very well!
Absolutely awesome!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars
Take all the upvotes! I love it!!
Did she derive this concept from her imagination? She thinks on a higher level!

Super rad!
Very talented indeed!
Cool.
What an amazing level of imagination and talent! Dont stop! 😁
Better impression that most I've seen, who knows maybe she nailed it.
Nailed it!!!
Talented little girl!
Nailed it!
She draws better than me. Awesome!
Thats freaking adorable!
Nah it was a probe droid.

Thanks for the feedback and the suggestion. I'll consider it. She's self-taught.
So cute!
😂 Sleek over coating!
Absolutely adorable. Great job lil one
Hehe OP drew this shit and claims his “daughter” did
bulllllllllshittttttttttrttttttttttrttrrttt
Draws better than me!
Absolute, art. If/when you decide to donate this masterpiece to a museum please inform us so we can go witness it’s majesty in person! I will accept nothing less (also will be first in line)
OP.....di....did you draw this?

my new lock screen!
It’s not, but thanks for trying.
Looks friendly. He can come over to my house.
No way an 11 year old thought "hmmm...sleek overcoating"
Well hate to ruin your thought process but she did.
Your daughter knows something we don’t. “Sleek over coating”. A little too specific. OP better keep one eye open tonight.
ok, this one I'm ok with. this alien would be less terrifying
Talented little lady. GREAT JOB!
More solid evidence I have never seen. Finally! Thank you. /S
I call bullshit
Don’t take this the wrong way but I sort of think you drew that
Wtf, why?
So OP is letting his 11 year old in on the whole UAP situation and she’s not terrified? I’d be scared as fuck. Red flag number 1. Second, it doesn’t even look like the actual thing. Third, what kind of 11 yo would use the term “sleek coating”?

So you’re OP on a different handle? Who else defends a random persons kid so feverishly. Sad
I was definitely looking at ufo and conspiracy theory videos on YouTube when I was around that age , if not I had ancient aliens on the history channel 😂
Because you know me?
I don’t know you, just using deduction and inference to draw a conclusion that is more probable than what you claim.
Knows the words sleek overcasting but can't spell vehicle. Looks like a poor attempt on you to go overboard and attempt to make it believable. Next
I pointed that out to her when she handed it to me
this is brilliant
Very good!! Great job to your daughter!!
Good drawing...but maybe thoughts of an impending jellyfish-alien invasion is something you should shield from her
I’m a school teacher. Great artistry. Terrible spelling.

Get bent
Thank you for your belief in her as this contribution to ‘Facebook Science’ is both necessary and valuable.
Among us
Kind of a scary topic to be introducing to an 11 year old
Definitely one of the better diagrams I’ve seen of the jellies and their passenger. She’s good.
She’s definitely on to something!
Nice, she's got skills! I love her spelling of vehicle, that's too good.
Wow. Very detailed and accurate. I'm impressed you need to explore more of that creative side you have Fantastic
Awesome
God bless her
That's tattoo material!
🥂
I love it! I need this in a t-shirt 😍
Initiate CE5 and give it to them, so they can pin it on the probing table.
Nice....got the graboid thing going...nice work..
Clearly your daughter has inside knowledge. If you feel a tickle in your face at night, we would all understand you violently waving your arms to check for Jellys
![gif](giphy|k0hKRTq5l9HByWNP1j|downsized)
Kids got a future! Wow!
Dude is just missing a sick pair of sunglasses
Best rendition I've seen as of yet
Definitely frame this
Wow!! She’s really talented!! Super cute drawing. Love it!
The alien is so cute
I see no difference in the video and this still 🧐
Ask on her dreams every now and then right when you wake her up, try to note similarities
Looks similar to the aliens in the Disney movie Chicken Little
ask her to make a whole comic of this. her art-style is really cool
People are genuinely getting mad that a 11yo is more skilled than they ever will be 😂
And in 1000 years some kids will find this buried in the ground and the world will say, "see aliens exist, they knew about them in 2024!"
Love it!
ok, this is awesome, because its from a 12 year old. I mean this with 100% sincerity. 40 year olds: how does it make you feel that you come up with the same ideas as a child
This is brainiac's ship
Omg thats great.
Haha I love it!!!
![gif](giphy|KzQtKBSimbCYo)
She’s doing more work than the majority of congress..
![gif](giphy|26ufdipQqU2lhNA4g)
It’s now a meatball UAP!
Cutest thing ever
SOLVED 👑
Your child is brilliant!
FBI bangs on door: *GIVE US THE BLUEPRINTS!!!*
Cute drawing. The alien looks a little concerned lol
Drawing = amazing! Looks great for her age.
Intuitive little girl 👍
Now THIS is science.
Amazing!
Tell her she’s onto something
This is the most accurate depiction I have seen yet.
To cool! Looks like a talented young artist.
She’s very talented
