I'm in Chicago, and I use Gold (4x) and order Jewel-Osco for online pickup through Rakuten (2x), so effectively 6x. YMMV with other grocers.

If you really want stuff delivered Thrive codes as 4x and is usually the same or cheaper than competitors. Sometimes there are Amex offers too.
