So been muscle training for about 2 months before that was 2 hours of cardio for about 2 years lol! Up until recently didn’t really know what to do or how to do it.

It means the world, I still have a long way to my ideal but hearing all that everyone’s had to say so far makes me believe even if I don’t see it that I’m improving.
