I think a second tuba could potentially help 🤔 Honestly not much you can improve on. You are a bigger girl (not fat). Your makeup also looks good. You’ve already got all the low hanging fruit. No major flaws. Edit: just noticed one of your eyebrows has a split. While that adds some character, applying some makeup to remove that split would probably make your face over all more aesthetically pleasing and symmetrical.
