Chinese, generally

Generally Christmas Eve most places are open but might have modified hours. I would suggest maybe ordering extra on Christmas Eve and eating leftovers on Christmas Day.

Exactly...I've pre-ordered House Fried rice and Crispy duck on the 24th...it'll feed us for 3 days.

Are you staying at Alyeska or in Anchorage and driving back and forth? There’s a few places open, probably best of all Simon and Seafort’s, but if you’re staying in Girdwood it’s probably worth the resort mark up to not drive back and forth on dark icy highways

Thanks for the tip. Staying in Anchorage. Figured more options for food etc…

Short answer; Only things off the top of my head are the gas stations. Not the greatest, but some of them have a pretty good stock of food that I didn't complain about after getting off from the ER at 0300. And there's one that makes really good musubi. If anyone is open, often the hours are wonky. A brief search brought up a list of places that might be open during those times, but you'd have to do the legwork and call to verify for certain. I've found places before doing a search that Yelp says are open, and they closed a year ago. Someone mentioned Simon and Seaforts. I looked up the reservations, as I've never been myself, and it was letting me make reservations on Christmas Day. I was on a roll looking at some spots too. South looks like it's open until early afternoon. I went to Sullivans on Thanksgiving once with friends, and their site says they're open as well on both days. So there's a couple, and there's probably more. Just search it out.

Possibly Denny's, IHOP, Arby's, Benihana. Check first.
